Near the historic heart of the medieval town of Sarlat, nestled in a green setting of 2400 m², la Villa des Pechs waits for you !
His vast living room of 62 m², bathed in light all day, with a comfortable sofa design 12 places close to a warm open fireplace, table football for your moments of conviviality, a fully equipped modern kitchen, equipped with a central island for your breakfast or lunch with ease (Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer, ice maker ...), a large family with cozy table candlesticks for more intimate atmosphere for your dinner. A flat-screen satellite TV receives national channels as foreign. A library with assorted books (novels, comics, tourist guides, cookbooks ...) is available if you want to give you a moment of rest by the fireplace or on one of the sunbathing beds installed at the edge of the swimming pool.
This cozy cocoon opens in effect on a large terrace with garden furniture inviting, extended by the heated indoor pool all year and spa 5 places where you will enjoy the benefits of color therapy and 46 nozzles massage. The park that surrounds it also hosts an original sauna, barrel shaped. This is an entirely private spa complex with private, dedicated to relaxation, in the serenity and conviviality.

On the ground floor of the house also, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three large bedrooms with an area greater than 15 m2, a bathroom with spa bath and shower, a separate toilet, a gym / fitness (bike, rowing machine, treadmill) .
Each room, with pleasant dimensions, is furnished with a bed of 160 cm and has a large closet with sliding doors; each is decorated with charm: "marine world", "raw and mineral", "romantic", "zen", "silver", your choice according to your desires!
Children, teenagers or couples with young children will appreciate the room "silver", with 2 bunk beds 90 cm and a double loft bed (140 cm), with its space Floor Cushions dedicated to games and sometimes noisy moments of exchange, away from adults.

Outside, a swing will delight younger. The villa is located in a dead end and access is protected by a fence, is a place where children can play safely. The house benefits from another asset: its alarm.

A private garage is available for especially leave your bikes. The bike path is also only 2 kms from the villa. A quality provider can deliver the bike of your choice at home for your arrival. Sarlat is very near, what better than to join the market without borrowing vehicle!

Sheltered from bustle of the city yet close, you can enjoy both the quiet blessings of life "green", and close to restaurants, cafes and party locations of Black Perigord, less than a 5 minutes, why not taxi!

Very nice house, in a quiet area but close to Sarlat. Plenty of space. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive in case of any questions. We would definitely go back to stay in this house

A beautiful well equipped house ideal for a large group

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa des Pechs. We were three generations of the same family. The house was very spacious, ideal for all of us. The swimming pool was a big hit, especially as it could be covered over. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub, sauna and gym. The house was very clean and well presented and the owners always available if needed. I would certainly return to the house if I was in that part of France again.

Almandine and Cedric were amazing. Everything in the villa clean and well prepared for our visit. Loved our accommodation. The photos advertising the villa are very old, sauna looked new and wasn’t, also didn’t work as door broken…. a real disappointment, we booked to have a sauna as we all enjoy the chance to use one, and couldn’t!! Pool and cover wonderful , but marred by leaves and flower debris from overgrown shrubs, constantly sweeping and scooping pool. Garden needs a big pruning, overgrown hedge means when sitting at outside table pool users can’t be seen… also lounger patio on wrong side of pool for maximum sun enjoyment, found that strange! Quite a lot externally to sort out.

Awesome family holiday

8 adults and one toddler had two weeks chilling in this large house. Plenty of areas for us all to find a bit of space if we needed it. All we could need, multiple facilities at the house, wonderful ancient Sarlat, canoeing, beautiful cycling routes, shopping, great restaurants, supermarket close by, great weather etc One of those holidays where you just want it to keep going.

A place with heart in the heart of the Dordogne

We booked 2 weeks here for two families for a base for us to explore the Dordogne, from canoeing, high ropes, swimming on lakes, paddleboarding and visiting the towns and castles in the area. I can't recommend it enough, a pool you can use in all weather (we were lucky to have an extremely hot 2 weeks), sauna, jacuzzi and lots of space. Sad to be back home but excited to return one day.

Villa des Pechs

We enjoyed an excellent week in this beautifully appointed Villa which is set in private grounds and has facilities to suit all tastes. Whether wanting to laze by the pool or hit the indoor gym, sweat in the sauna or ‘cook’ in the Jacuzzi, play table tennis, pool or table football, this Villa offered it all. The beautiful town of Sarlat is a 5 minute drive away and all the attractions of the Périgord are within easy reach. We thoroughly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. la maison est spacieuse et super équipée (intérieur comme extérieur). Tout est parfait, formidable pour un séjour en famille (piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna... jeux pour les enfants). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils sont à l'écoute des locataires et sont toujours disponibles notamment pour faciliter les démarches de réservation . Why they chose this property

La Villa des Pechs was a real favorite for us. Immediately, this house we appeared with its breathtaking brightness, the functional aspect of the parts that compose it, its colors, current and charming. Its volumes have also dazzled us: living room of over 60 m², many rooms and vast. We purchased this property in 2015, process touches on some renovations on the layout and interior decoration and made the establishment of sheltered pool, spa and sauna. We propose it now to rent for you to enjoy this magical place!
