About this property

Holiday home and its annex for 12 people

3 km from the center of Sarlat, in a quiet and wooded area, holiday home located in the heart of a beautiful fenced park, with swimming pool.

The main house (about 140 m2) comprises: a dining room-lounge (with fireplace), a kitchen (completely new and equipped), 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs. Each room has its own bathroom and WC (completely renovated).

An annex (about 80 m2) located a few meters from the house, in the same property, has 3 independent bedrooms, each with a bathroom and toilet.

The terrace equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas dominates the pool.

Large private parking in the heart of the property.

No vis à vis.

The cleaning fee is included in the price of the reservation.
A deposit (1000 €) will be requested at the arrival of the holiday makers and returned at the end of the stay (subject to the conditions of return of the rental)

Possibility to rent only the house (for 6 people): on request by mail.

great location from which to visit many of the beautiful sites in the Dordogne!
Very accommodating space for at least 11 people. Wide open kitchen allowing several chefs in the kitchen at the same time 😊. Karine is very responsive, and everything was clean and in working order. The only mild complaint was the weak internet signal.

La maison est spacieuse et bien conçue pour un groupe (nous étions 10 personnes). Tous les éléments de confort sont disponibles. Le cadre verdoyant et arboré de la propriété est très agréable, la terrasse est conviviale. On accède à Sarlat facilement. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner ici.

Great home for a family gathering!
Our extended family spent a lovely week seeing all the sites nearby. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms make it a really easy house to share! The large dining tables (on the patio and inside) were perfect for our large group to enjoy meals together.
