Detached house in the heart of the small hamlet of Groire, 500 m of the village Murol facing the Puy de Bessolles in a green setting.
Private wooded garden, private parking
10 kms from Besse in a gauntlet. In the immediate vicinity of the ski resorts of the Sancy massif (Super Besse and Mont Dore).

The house of Grandma is a spacious cottage of 70 m2, on one level, with excellent comfort.
A complete renovation completed in 2015 makes it even more attractive and stylish thanks to its tonic and vibrant colors. It is furnished with taste, pleasant, and very bright.
This house is as follows:
• 2 bedrooms: one with a bed 2 persons 140cm and one with 2 beds 1 person equipped with bedding (beds made on arrival)
• a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave ...)
• living / dining room of 29 m2 (with large flat screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player
• Free WIFI
• towels included
• a bathroom with a large walk in shower, heated towel rail

Un accueil chaleureux, la maison de mémé ressemble à sa propriétaire. Elle est chaleureuse, accueillante.
Vraiment très belle maison rénovée avec goût.

Rénové avec goût, le gîte est parfaitement équipé et très agréable. L'accueil de Kristel a été parfait : très arrangeante sur les horaires, généreuse en explications sur les environs, ... Nous avons hâté de revenir !
