Fully equipped wooden chalet for 5 people (classified in 2010, by prefecture in 2 *). bathroom with shower and separate wc. pleasant living room with fireplace, tv, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms. veranda ideal for taking meals, well exposed. enclosed garden with lawn, barbecue and garden furniture.
located in a small village in the countryside, near a lake for swimming and nautical activities, starting from many hiking, mountain biking trails and fishing circuits
the chalet is outside the village of fohet, at an altitude of 900m, in the town of aydat in the heart of the famous saint nectaire cheese making area
close to many sites of visits (castles, farms, volcanoes, vulcania ...) The owner shares the same land
the rental is opposite the owners' home in order to welcome you and guide you in the discovery of the region.
animals are not allowed we have 3 dachshunds

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet agréable. On a apprécié le calme dans un cadre verdoyant avec la compagnie des petites chèvres, poules ... les propriétaires sont très aimables et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour les visites, balades et adresses de bons restaurants dans cette belle région. Chalet spacieux très bien équipé. La terrasse en véranda est appreciable du petit dejeuner au dîner, en chaude ou fraîche journees. L accueil est impeccable, agréable, des propriétaires avenants, et de bons conseils pour les randos et les visites touristiques. Pour nous la voiture a été indispensables, mais les departs de randos sont accessibles pour de bons marcheurs. Le calme est au rendez vous. Et un petit bonus pour chèvres, boucs et poules.

Chalet très bien placé dans un écrin de verdure entre Puy de Sancy et Puy de Dome. A proximité également de nombreux sites à visiter.Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très sympathique avec tous les bons conseils pour découvrir les richesses de l'Auvergne.Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui apprécient le calme et la nature.

Nous (famille de 4 personnes, avec 2 enfants de 1,5 et 4 ans) avons passé une bonne semaine. La neige n'etait pas au rendez vous, c'est la loterie. Le propriétaire nous a fait des propositions de visites dans les environs, nous avons pu visité cette région que nous ne connaissions pas.Chalet bien équipé pour un bebe (lit à barreau, table à langer, pot, transat, luge bebe...).Par contre maison avec des escaliers.

l'air pur

vraiment bien placé en rapport des puys et autres petites choses qu'il faut aller découvrir... Les églises et autres points de vue sont là, même sous la pluie. L'auberge du col de la croix Morand rassasie papilles et estomacs, nous y sommes allés 2 fois! merci à notre hôte pour les conseils. Attention toutefois, pas de MàL ni de sèche linge à disposition, je pense que c'est juste une erreur dans l'annonce sur le site, nous avons omis d'en parler avec nos hôtes. à conseiller à ceux qui veulent de la transuilité.

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet confortable. Amoureux de la nature, cette location est formidablement bien située aux abords de grandes étendues de verdure. Tres bon emplacement au milieu des chaines. A 30min du Puy du Dome et 30min du Sancy. Plein de chose a faire. Lac Aydat et lac de Chambon très bien pour les baignades. Boulangerie a 10min et supermarché à 20min. Chalet fonctionnel, les enfants ont aimé les chevres et le chien 🐕. Proprietaire de bon conseils.

Le chalet de Pascal et mireille est super agreable Le coin est tranquille le paysage magnifique avev plein d animaux!l acceuil a ete tres sympa et Pascal nous a bien conseille sur ce qu il ne faut pas manquer dans la region. Dans le chalet rien ne manque de plus Pascal avait pris la precaution de chauffer avant notre arrivee compte tenue des temperatures un.peu fraiches pour ma saison ! En.bref une adresse a retenir pour passer un sejour paisible en famille
