This listing is for the one bedroom king suite at Grande Bay a beachfront property.

Panoramic view of Cruz Bay Harbor. Love City Penthouse 1 bedroom penthouse is the perfect escape (honeymooners take a look:)). You will have breathtaking views of not just beautiful Cruz Bay, but, also, Caneel Hill and the outlying VI islands.

This end unit penthouse features an outdoor 280 square foot covered balcony and lounging area totally equipped to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, and evening cocktails before your short walk in to town to your choice of over a dozen outstanding restaurants. This unit is also completely equipped for a romantic dinner in. The full kitchen includes a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as a grill outside. You can always have the unit fully stocked with your favorite food and drinks prior to your arrival.

This unit also comes equipped with a reserved parking space to make it easier to spend your days on one of the islands’ 17 beaches, and explore everything the island has to offer. Not renting a jeep, no problem! A short walk to the ferry dock and center of Cruz Bay is always filled with friendly, accommodating local taxi drivers who are always ready to take you where you want to be.

Grande Bay is a great location close to all of the action, and easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping.

The penthouse offers full access to the tranquil pool and sun deck, as well as the air conditioned fitness center.

Take advantage of the many services that can be provided for you to enhance your love city experience whether is be a sunset sail, a day boat charter to the BVIs (via Sonic Charters who have the best captains!!) , and in-room massage. Do not hesitate to ask about all that can be at your fingertips!

There was some confusion because the management of the building were sending me messages vs the owner of the unit. The building sent an auto message that someone was meeting us at pier and no one ever showed up. Any way the front desk staff were gracious and friendly. The until has a huge patio!! The interior is small for a PH. The unit is stocked with things you need. The sheets are Very soft and cool. It was clean and well decorated. Location was great, close to many businesses. We used a taxi once to go to a meeting point for a day trip. Quiet if there aren’t kids in the next unit. Great sunset viewing. You can walk around town, beware streets are hilly and not all have sidewalks. Overall we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

very convenient but small we were not able to sleep due to the noise of the concerts and bars. we had to leave a day early. the front desk was less than helpful. we were sent info from another company about checking in that was not accurate. also if you have mobility issues this is quite a lot of uphill climbs and stairs until you reach the elevator for the unit .

Location great, place was clean, kitchen, well stocked, and parking spot provided. Also beach chairs provided although they need to be replaced and also two coolers provided some things need to be fixed and upgraded for sure. Lighting above the bathroom sink is about as bright as a nightlight. Most plugs and light switches are loose and glitchy. And the beach chairs need to be replaced.

Since receiving this review, we have already replaced the beach chairs (since they are stored on the balcony, the air and salt breaks them down so quickly! They were new in October!) We also have our property manager and GB staff to go in and check out the outlets...we were unaware of any issues with them since we were there in September. In the future, never hesitate to reach out to me or our property manager during your stay, we are here for you and want nothing more than the serve you and ensure your vacation is up to your standards! What a View

Love City Penthouse was a perfect stay for two people. The hostess was great and responded within minutes to our questions. The crew at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. This was our first time to visit St John, and the location was really convenient to restaurants and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the covered porch. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The Love city, 1bedroom penthouse was amazing. It was clean, decorated very nice and had everything we could ever need for our stay. We were there for two weeks to celebrate our 50th anniversary. To save on expenses, we went grocery shopping and bought things to grill outside on the provided grill. All utensils and dinnerware were also provided. We enjoyed staying in a few nights to eat supper on the amazing large patio overlooking Cruz Bay. We can't say enough about our hosts. They texted to check on us a couple times to see if we needed anything and quickly provided us with a new coffee carafe after I accidentally broke it while washing it, and wouldn't let us pay for it. It was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend staying there!Susan and Dave Paxton

What makes this property unique

These units provide unobstructed views clear from power lines (lower building views can be obstructed by power lines) and panoramic views of both St. Thomas (not visible in the far right units in Grande Bay) and Cruz Bay. Our family loves spending time on the balcony, and we would argue it has one of the best views there is :)
