This beautiful home is located oceanfront on the west end of Oak Island and features fabulous south facing views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Lockwood Folly Inlet. Enjoy these views from both covered lower and upper-level decks equipped with a variety of seating and rockers to relax and soak in the view. When you are ready to head to the beach, take the slatted boardwalk over the dune to your perfect spot on the sand. On your return, the dune side landing provides room to park your beach gear and hose off the sand. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower in the carport.

Inside you will find an open, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room seating for six looking towards the ocean, additional four seats at the bar and kitchen table seating for four. There is also a highchair and booster seat as well as a Pack-N-Play for the smaller guests, and the home accepts up to two dogs per stay as well. Five flat screen TVs are in common areas and some bedrooms with streaming capabilities. The living room TV is connected to Spectrum cable. The bathrooms were updated in spring of 2024 providing larger showers in the upstairs ensuites.
