One Amazon Fire TV in living room (requires an Amazon account to sign in) and one Roku TV in the master bedroom, wireless internet. Oceanfront covered porch with furniture, walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area. Each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Hardwood floors, carpet and tile throughout, walk-in shower with seat. This is a third-level condo with stair access. Off season monthly rentals available.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Stairs and more stairs

Nice place but three flight of stairs can be exhausting especially for seniors.

Great view, great place

The place was clean ( needs to be updated a little). Great view of the ocean. I have to say it was a quite place, the beach was never to full. You had many good restaurants in the area. The only issue we had was the door lock we called them they responded quickly over the phone. They said they would put a work order in to fix it . For 3 days we couldn't lock the door but felt save leaving unlocked.

Great location

A little dated but clean and functional. The kitchen had everything needed and the view was awesome. The pillows weren’t great but other than that was overall happy with the stay.
