The perfect getaway spot!

I love staying here! It’s clean, quiet, safe and a beautiful view. It’s close to beaches and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. See you again this summer

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and everything was so fitting for our stay. From a beautiful note left welcoming us, snacks, clean room and wonderful staff. The communication with Ruth is unbelievably great, definitely recommend.

There's nothing else quite like it in Southport! The building is new (built in 2019) and located right on the Cape Fear River with a waterfront swimming pool--something no other property in Southport has to offer! It's in walking distance, biking distance, or golf cart riding distance --whichever you prefer--to downtown Southport and all the great shops and restaurants. The property boasts great sunrise views to the east and sunset views to the west! Where else can you get both in the same location?? EsCape to Cape, THAT's where!
