Sea Pearl was right on the beach with a great swimming pool just steps away. The hosts were so thoughtful with a welcome basket and helpful information about the area. The ocean view was just as described and parking by the unit/ocean made everything so convenient. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We’ ve stayed at this property for several years now. Property is great right on the beach. Stephanie is a great host and responds really fast if you have a question. Oak Island is a beautiful, quiet, family friendly place. Just love it.

This property exceeded all expectations. Having private beach access just steps away alongside a community pool made for an amazing stay. The condo was impeccably clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and exactly as described in the listing. Stephanie is a top-notch host—extremely responsive from start to finish. We will 100% be back!

This unit was beautiful! We traveled here with 4 young children and 5 adults. We loved the accommodations, they fit us perfectly! The beach was just over the dunes. We loved sitting on the balcony eating our breakfast or relaxing after the children were in bed. Great view of the ocean! Very relaxing! The kids also enjoyed the pool. The grocery store was within walking distance which was very nice! The welcome basket was a delightful surprise which we really enjoyed! We would definitely come back!

Great condo steps from the beach. We had a great time with our kids and their friends. Clean and plenty of room for everyone! The porch was fantastic with ocean and dune views. So great having coffee on the porch while listening to the waves.

5 stars all the way! Great property, super clean and comfortable. Steps from the beach, and easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Everything was modern, updated, and in good repair. We are going to book again for the summer.
