APARTMENT T5 COLLIOURE CLOSE TO SHOPS AND BEACH VERY COMFORTABLE
very large apartment for a family of 8 people located very close to the city center and the beach (about 5 minutes walk) in a quiet area on the first floor. The apartment has 4 independent rooms equipped with two beds of 160, a bed of 140, a sofa bed of 140 and 1 BB bed as well as large built-in cupboards in each room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a worktop and a large closet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hood, fridge-freezer, toaster and all necessary utensils, ...). The living room dining room is equipped with a sofa 3 places, 2 armchairs, a chair relax, air conditioning, a table with extension for 8 people, a television, .... A small balcony / terrace is equipped with a coffee table and 2 chairs. A DVD player and a TV are available in one room. A washing machine and a drying rack are in the cellar. Board games, books, beach toys, electric barbecue are available. there is possibility to park next to the building (weekly charge card in summer)
