This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Five TV's (3 LED 4K) with DVR. Two DVD players, 500 mbps wireless internet by Focus Broadband. Screened front porch and back deck with canal and marsh views on a natural wildlife reserve. Perched along the Davis Canal with a small private dock where you can fish, crab, bird watch or enjoy the Carolina sunsets. Outside shower with hot and cold water plus a charcoal grill. It is a three-minute walk to the beach or a 10-minute walk to the Oak Island Recreation Center where you can rent a canoe. Board games, kids’ toys, Duplos Lego table, puzzles, books and two bikes for guest use. Off-season monthly rentals available.

Beach retreat!

The rental was wonderful! Short walk to the beach and amazing views! The adults and teenagers were happy!

Cleanliness

Property wasn’t as like as we would have liked it. We have to sweep the floors because there was sand all over it. I didn’t like the the people before us their laundry set on the front porch for two days before they picked it up. And the grass was tall and needed cut. They came and cut it the day before we left. The fridge doesn’t get very cold. Could us some other updates but it served it’s purpose. And we had a good vacation.

Perfect location

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Was very surprised at all the kitchen cook ware and utensils that were available.The best of both worlds. It was very quiet and relaxing sitting on the back deck while the guys enjoyed fishing off the pier. And then it was a very short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!
