Seven FSTVs with cable (two 42" FSTV in living and family rooms have DVR and Preferred cable) wireless internet, phone. Separate family room on 2nd level w/balcony access and spectacular views plus Queen sofa-bed for additional sleeping. Hardwood flooring throughout except for additional 2nd floor family room. Glass block and tile walk-in showers, Gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, beverage refrigerator and stand-alone icemaker. Additional refrigerator with freezer in ground floor elevator room. Covered and open porches with Trex decking lots of seating and swing. Stairway to direct beach access. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Weekly rentals only.
