Elevator, 1st floor bedroom suite has wide doors for wheelchair access and an ADA compliant bathroom. Threshold ramps from the two living areas allow access to the oceanfront deck, gazebo and dune top deck.

Second floor main living area and kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and a magnificent view of the ocean. Master suite on 2nd floor with a view of the ocean. Ceiling fans, extensive DVD library.

Five flat panel TVs - three with basic cable and two with extended cable. Two DVD players, wireless internet access.

Two covered porches, screened porch with views of Intracoastal Waterway, oceanfront deck, gazebo with private walkway to beach, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. First floor living area with wet bar equipped with mini-fridge and ice maker.

Nightly rentals with a 3-night minimum. Event friendly.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, both cats and dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

March Weekend Trip

The location was great & the house had plenty of space. It was what we needed for a weekend beach getaway in March. However, the listing makes it appear that there are 4 “king” master suites and there are not. There were a max of 2 king beds. The rest were a full, Queen, and the bunk rooms. The mattresses were not good - they definitely need upgraded. The bedroom furniture was also not in the best shape. You can tell that the house has been partially updated, and those parts look great. There was also construction going on next door, which could be loud all day, but didn’t bother us too much. Overall, the house served its purpose and we had a great trip. But there could be some improvements made to make it better.
