The carpet needs changing, and the flooring in the living room is coming up. The hall bath shower is dripping, the master bathroom shower door is broken at the bottom. The Internet kept cutting out, TVs in the Queen room and the bunk bed room didn't work. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed.The location was great. The office people were helpful. Overall the place was clean.

Perfect location. Nice pool area, fantastic beach area. Ive stayed in other condos in this complex. This one was not as nice as the others. When I entered the unit the smell was an overwhelming combination of urine/fragrant cleaning solution. Felt the need to sani wipe everything before i unpacked. I had to buy 5 boxes of baking soda and keep the winows open for 3 days before the smell was gone. Other than that...great location. Love oak island

Furniture and decor is dated and couch had stains but overall we loved the beach access to this condo and ocean views!! Comfortable beds and easily located to all the things but offers a quieter beach. Caswell beach is laid back and much less populated than the rest of Oak Island. We had a great week.
