We had an excellent stay with 8 adults (Bunk bedroom is small). Depending on the snow conditions, you can ski to the Zore skilift. Beatrice was an excellent hostess. The bakery also delivers fresh baguettes and crossiants every morning. The chalet was clean and and the main room is cosy.

Very nice ski in ski out chalet

We had an excellent stay with 8 adults and 2 babies. Depending on the snow conditions, you can ski to the Zore skilift. Beatrice was an excellent hostess. The bakery also delivers fresh baguettes and crossiants every morning.

Fantastic location, near slopes and a great view

Near the slopes toward avoriaz . We had a week with very little snow but still on the slopes with 2 minutes drive and easy parking. Very nice house with lots of space for 8 adults. Nice bathrooms. Great view on the evening sun behind the mountains. Beatriz is super helpful.

Ski chalet near avoriaz Feb-25

The chalet/lodge is on the road from morzine to avoriaz just after the last hair pin bend, tucked in the loop of the bend.Parking for 2 cars just outside front door.The ski slope is just off the corner of the bend, with the slope leading down to the super morzine lift. But due to the snow conditions, we elected to drive 5 mins up the road towards Avoriaz to the free parking by the Seraussaix farm, under the lift with same name. Short ski down to the Proclou lift got us into avoriaz area. We didn't bother going to morzine, and elected to ski in avoriaz and Swiss resorts all week. Blue skies all week, bit warm in afternoons. But snow held up well. Beatrice hosted us, living below the chalet. Really helpful and proactive. Doesn't speak any English but worked with our group French ability to communicate.She organise our first bread order, greeted is with lovely home baked biscuits and answered all our questions. The chalet is all wood decorated, with original 1800s wooden beams. A couple at head height. Living area seats 6 adults around big tv. Dining area easily fitted 8.Well equipped kitchen. Access to washing machine and dryer, although needed to not over use due to electricity costs. 1 bigger double bed room with en suite. 2 smaller double bedrooms and a small cabine bunk bedroom. Great main bathroom with big shower and 2 sinks. 2 separate toilets.Lobby entrance was ok for shoes and ski boots but not much room for skis. So skis stayed in cars all week.a

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour dans ce chalet ! L’accueil Ă©tait vraiment au top, avec de petites attentions et des cadeaux qui font tout de suite plaisir en arrivant. La propriĂ©taire est adorable, trĂšs gentille et accueillante, on se sent directement Ă  l’aise.Le chalet est spacieux, confortable et trĂšs propre. Le gros plus : l’accĂšs direct aux pistes, vraiment idĂ©al pour profiter du ski sans prise de tĂȘte. Et la vue sur la montagne est juste magnifique, un vrai bonheur du matin au soir.Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Parfait pour nous. Un belle endroit au calme. Douillet et chaleureux.Tout d'abord un grand merci Ă  BĂ©atrice pour sa gentillesse et son acceuil.C'est un appartement dans un chalet. Spatieux, amĂ©nagĂ© avec amour.Il y a tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. Seule bĂ©mol dont le propriĂ©taire n'est pas responsable, c'est la qualitĂ© de rĂ©ception du Wi-Fi et du rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phonique pour le transfert de donnĂ©es. Pas de problĂšmes pour passer des appels. Pour certains cela peut-ĂȘtre un atou.Chalet au calme, facile d'accĂšs (8km de Morzine et Ă  10 minute d'Avoriaz en voiture).Quelle vue et quel ensoleillement quand la mĂ©tĂ©o est au rendez-vous.Le fait d'ĂȘtre en altitude augmente l'eneigement. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir partir et revenir skis aux pieds (50 mĂštres du ChĂąlet) pendant tout notre sĂ©jour (en janvier avec pourtant des tempĂ©ratures Ă©levĂ©es).En bref parfait pour un sĂ©jour en famille au calme et profiter de la montagne.On est pas Ă  l'abri de revenir.

Heerlijk huis, knus en gezellig voor de feestdagen. Op 5 min RIJDEN va de skilift vanaf waar je overal heen kan. Avoriaz is 10 min rijden, Morzine 17 min. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben genoten van onze kerst ski vakantie!

Super séjour

Super chalet situé entre à cÎté des pistes, malheureusement l'enneigement ne nies permettais pas de partir ski au pied mais le télésiÚge de Seraussaix est à moins de 5min en voiture avec un parking toujours libre. Beatrice est une honte trÚs agréable, le chalet trÚs propre, nous étions 6 et les espaces de vie étaient super, aucun problÚme pour aller jusqu'à 8, un grand salon et une grande cuisine pour passer de bon moment en famille ou entre amies.

C’est la 2eme fois que nous venons. Et nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment en famille, dans un logement tout Ă  fait adaptĂ©.Il ne manque rien . Nous pouvons mĂȘme accĂ©der aux pistes sans voiture, directement en ski, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Une expérience mémorable

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  6 dans ce magnifique chalet pendant 6 jours fin janvier et avons adorĂ© notre expĂ©rience !Le chalet est trĂšs chaleureux, bien Ă©quipĂ© et offre une vue Ă  couper le souffle. L’emplacement est particuliĂšrement calme, parfait pour se ressourcer aprĂšs une journĂ©e sur les pistes.Pour accĂ©der aux remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques, il faut marcher environ 15 mĂštres le long d’une route avant d’emprunter un petit hors-piste, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les pistes de ski. Toutefois, pour se rendre Ă  la station d’Avoriaz (pour faire des courses, profiter de la vie de station, etc), il est nĂ©cessaire de prendre la voiture, le chalet n’étant pas Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la station.Un grand merci Ă  notre hĂŽte BĂ©atrice, qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions.Un sĂ©jour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel, nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation !

Un Noël inoubliable à la montagne

Nous avons passĂ© en famille un super sĂ©jour dans ce chaleureux chalet traditionnel, la vue sur la montagne est splendide et la situation entre Avoriaz et Morzine idĂ©ale. L’accĂšs aux pistes de ski peut se faire facilement et des sentiers de randonnĂ©e passent Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  du chalet. L’accueil de BĂ©atrice a contribuĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ussite de ce sĂ©jour (merci encore pour toutes ces dĂ©licieuses attentions) ainsi que la livraison matinale des viennoiseries chaque jour. On recommande et on compte bien revenir !

Magnifica estancia

Se trata del segundo piso completo de un estupendo chalet de madera, antiguo, pero muy bien restaurado, comodo y con unas vistas fantĂĄsticas, situado en la montaña, a medio camino entre Avoriaz y Morzine. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable: camas muy cĂłmodas (ojo! para 8 personas, no 10 como dice el anuncio por error), cocina bien equipada, 2 inodoros separados de los 2 baños (con ducha y lavabo) y una calefacciĂłn realmente potente. El salĂłn-cocina es bastante grande y desde Ă©l se puede admirar la montaña nevada con sensaciĂłn panorĂĄmica. Las pistas de esquĂ­ estĂĄn muy cerca y se puede salir esquiando desde la misma puerta del chalet hasta la pista Zore (aunque hay que contar con que haya suficiente nieve para recorrer unos 50 m fuera de pista) Y que decir de Beatrice, la dueña, amabilĂ­sima! Como Ășltimo detalle destacable: un panadero puede dejarte buenas baguettes y croissants cada madrugada si se encargan por telĂ©fono la tarde previa. En resumen, una gran elecciĂłn como alojamiento si uno prefiere el encanto de la montaña a estar en un nĂșcleo urbano.

Accueil trÚs chaleureux de Béatrice dans un lieu plein de charme... L'appartement est rénové avec beaucoup de goût, et offre tout le confort souhaité. Top Lage, NĂ€he zur Skipiste

Wir wurden von Beatrice herzlich empfangen (Sie spricht aber nur französisch), die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 8 erwachsene Personen. Die Fewo ist eher fĂŒr 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet, da das 4. Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist und hier ein Stockbett steht. Die Lage zur Skipiste ist perfekt. Leider war zu wenig Schnee, aber mit dem Auto ist in 4 Minuten talwĂ€rts ein kleiner Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Zore Lift erreichbar. Hier kann man auch in die Telecabine Super Morzine einsteigen, um das Skigebiet von Morzine und Les Gets kennenzulernen. Die telefonische Bestellung jeden Abend beim BĂ€cker (Baguette und Croissant) war sowohl auf französisch als auch auf englisch möglich und wurde frĂŒhmorgens direkt ans Haus geliefert. Hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank an Beatrice!

Wunderschöne BerghĂŒtte an der Skipiste

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich (wie man auf den Fotos sieht) und mit vier Schlafzimmern fĂŒr je zwei Personen gut geeignet fĂŒr den Urlaub mit mehreren Familien. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit KĂŒche ist ausreichend Platz fĂŒr alle und die Aussicht ist phĂ€nomenal. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beatrice ist eine sehr, sehr nette Gastgeberin, sie antwortet schnell auf alle Fragen und es gab ein liebevolles Willkommen mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer Heimat. Die beiden BĂ€der (eines hat den Zugang in einem der Doppelzimmer) sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Drei der Betten haben doppelt breite Decken. Die beiden Toiletten sind separat zugĂ€nglich, was fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit mehreren Menschen sehr praktisch ist. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße zwischen Morzine und Avoriaz, die immer gut befahrbar ist. Es gibt zwei ParklĂ€tze direkt am Haus, nichts muss weit getragen werden. Auf der anderen Seite der Straße fĂŒhrt ganz nah die Skipiste vorbei. Bei normalen SchneeverhĂ€ltnissen kann man also fast direkt vom Haus starten und auch dorthin zurĂŒckfahren. Mit dem Auto kann man auch in wenigen Minuten zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz oberhalb des Lifts Proclou fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Chalet

Das Chalet ist in tollem Zustand und geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig, von allem (Besteck, Geschirr) gibt es genug. Beatrice ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Aufgrund der Wettersituation konnten wir die Lage mit dem Direktzugang zur Piste nicht nutzen, das hat insgesamt aber keine Probleme bereitet. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten in der NĂ€he.

Un séjour inoubliable...

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 6 jours dans ce trĂšs beau chalet, au mois d'aoĂ»t. Ce fut un sĂ©jour enchanteur. Le chalet est magnifique, trĂšs spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, la vue est totalement incroyable. SituĂ© entre Morzine et Avoriaz, en bord de route mais sans que cela n'apporte aucune nuisance (route peu frĂ©quentĂ©e et double vitrage parfaitement insonorisant), il est juste parfait. La livraison du pai net des croissant le matin est un petit bonheur. La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable et que dire de l'accueil.... Merci BĂ©atrice et Daniel (et Emilie, LĂ©a, Lily et ChloĂ©) pour avoir rendu notre sĂ©jour encore plus magique !
