Are you looking for some quality family time? Or perhaps a vacation home to enjoy with friends? This is the home for you. This home was built to make memories! Located on Palmer Lake in Colon, Michigan, the Magic Capital of the World, this home offers everything you need for a fun family/friend get away. Located on Palmer Lake, a 444 acre all sports lake in St. Joseph County Michigan, which offers swimming, boating, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, water skiing, ice fishing, and many other water activities. There is 100 feet of lakefront, with a nice sandy bottom for swimming. The large lakefront yard offers opportunities for lots of fun family activities: bags, volleyball, bonfires, or just sitting and enjoying the lake view.

Your vacation home has an open kitchen/family room concept, with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need make amazing meals, a large table that seats 12 with lots of room for everyone to enjoy meal times. There’s a large porch and enclosed sun room, with full size futon, offering gathering areas for games, late night conversations, or simply a place to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In addition to the large deck there are two patios, one offering seating for 10. The other has 4 Adirondack chairs for enjoying a later afternoon cocktail. There are 6 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms housing 4 large bunk beds, a real winner for kids and cousins! There are 2 refrigerators and a freezer, grocery stores and shopping nearby. House is only 1 hour from Notre Dame, which makes it a nice option for game days!

If you are looking for a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a place to make lifelong memories, this is the home for you!

*Please note that per township requirements the house is limited to 14 people staying and being on the property. We are also limited to 5 vehicles being parked on the premisies.

We had a family reunion celebrating my dad's birthday with kids ranging from 6 months to 15 years old. Everyone had so much fun. The kids loved boating and swimming, the adults enjoyed the quiet area. There was more than enough space for a group of 14. The kids are already asking about coming back.

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and 10 grandkids. Great yard for games. The house was beautiful, ample and well stocked. The swimming area off the property was shallow and sandy. Just sorry it's booked already for next summer.

Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway - We had an incredible stay at this beautiful cottage! Our family of 14 had more than enough room to relax and spread out comfortably. The property is truly stunning and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that we all thoroughly enjoyed.It was fully stocked with every amenity we could have possibly asked for, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This home was great! Plenty of room for privacy or gathering in a "great room". Loved the large 12 to 14 seat dining table for meals and games. Two refridgerators and a freezer, plus all kitchen accessories were a bonus. The outdoor space wasmuch appreciated, especially the very large covered porch with plenty of seating, since our weather was not the greatest. These hosts had each room set up as if you were at home with all the little conveniences. This is the type of home/hosts to come back to!

The property was perfect for our family get together. Everyone, from age 74 to 13, enjoyed their time on the lake with boating, fishing, swimming, tubing, and skiing.The house has so many great areas to sit, inside and outside, whether you want to sit with a group or find a place to just relax and read. We loved sitting on the covered patio enjoying the view of the lake, playing games, and just visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, plates, cups, silverware, and more. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We have rented many homes over the years and this house is one of the best.

Another excellent stay at this gorgeous house on Palmer Lake. Love the huge kitchen, giant kitchen table and couch, the fire pit, plentiful outdoor seating and easy lake access. Some of the checkout info is a bit out of date, but the hosts were very responsive throughout the week to our questions and very minor issues. Can't wait to plan another stay here!

Absolutely huge and beautiful house. Very clean when we got there, and the humongous kitchen came in handy. Perfect views of the lake and plenty of things to do and space to spread out in. We will definitely return for our next large friend group vacation!

Great Palmer Lake Vacation

Large lakefront home with bedrooms, kitchen with table and chairs, family room, and outdoor and indoor porches to comfortably accommodate my family group of 12. And Palmer Lake is large enough with low boat traffic for tubing, swimming, and kayaking.

Great Experience

Friends Lakehouse Getaway

The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. There are plenty of chairs and beds for all of the guests to use. The lake view is beautiful. We rented the pontoon boat, spent time swimming and lounging in rafts. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
