Walking distance to Blind Island Brewery. Less than a mile to the Klinger Lake Marina and Camp Fort Hill. Close to Dutch Creek Farm Animal Park, Swiss Valley, and the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail. Has all the comforts of home; gas BBQ grill, large deck with multiple seating areas, kids fort and play set, and plenty of room for outdoor activities.
