Pamper yourself in the elegant surroundings of your private 2100 sq. ft Mediterranean decorated villa which has all the comforts of home! The lovely features of this beautiful villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.
Relax outside on the large terrace while enjoying a delicious meal or cocktail after a day in the sun. Let your personal concierge arrange excursions, shop for groceries, (extra charge for shopping and groceries) or make dinner reservations!
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
Other ammenities of this beautiul villa include flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Perfect Cabo trip!

Our stay was wonderful. Loved the property - the layout of the unit was great (our teens had their own area) and the property was very spacious and meticulously clean. Comfortable beds. We liked that the 2nd BR had two separate beds -- so our teens did not have to share a bed. Beautiful terrace -- we loved eating breakfast and lunch looking at the ocean. Great being on the 6th floor. The location is perfect -- having a huge, swimmable beach area and the famous Cabo arc right across from us. It was also nice having the fitness center and gym. Staff at La Estancia were AMAZING. Transportation that the personal concierge arranged for us was 5 star. PERFECT Cabo vacation -- thank you!!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family of four had a great time at Estancia! Our villa was better than we could've expected. It was the perfect set up for four adults. The grounds are clean, the staff is wonderful and Joel was very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Fabulous Villa

The Villa was perfect for our stay. There were 6 of us in a girls trip and the set up was great. The patio is very roomy. The grounds are beautiful and staff was very friendly. There wasn’t any paper towels, extra trash bags or dish soap so come prepared. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great spacious Villa

Second time to stay at Estancia. Villa was lovely, as expected. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Great location. Only suggestion would be to include some of the “extras”. No paper towels, no dish soap, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper, had only minimal kitchen utensils. However, I am comparing the Villa to the previous Estancia Villa we stayed in one year prior that had a fully stocked kitchen, spices, baggies, soap… all the little extras. So villa was truly as advertised. Great view. Very clean. But lacked the little extras that we like when staying at a owner villa, instead of at a hotel villa. But we will be back!

- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables.
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas.
