Excellent deal on a fully furnished 2 beds/2 bath condo 10 minutes away from the strip. This upstairs condo is in a nice neighborhood, walking distant to convenience stores. All rooms are equipped with irons, iron boards and TV's including the living room. The master bedroom has a Cal King size bed and the guest room has a Queen size bed. The living room has a comfortable sofabed that converts to a Queen size bed. This condo have Wi-fi, cable, washer and dryer, central air and heat.The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances and coffee for your convenience. There is plenty of towels and extra linen. Both bathrooms have hair dryers . The property also comes with two pools and two jacuzzi tubs. There is also a community gym and club house. The highway is less than 1 mile leading to the strip or wild and wet which is twenty minutes away. The airport is 11 miles away.

Loved the layout. 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. Great for 2 couples. Communal kitchen and living room. Had washer & dryer. Lots of steps for great exercise. Needs a few upgrades but other than that it was great.

Remote Working & Hiking

Enjoyed the proximity to the mountains east of the city for hiking. Also not too far from the Strip, but far enough away to avoid it if you want.

The place was below average. A little attention to detail would have been nice. Some wash cloths? Just one? Blinds in bedroom that worked? Odor upon entering? A drain stop in the bathroom sink? Perhaps, my standards are too high! I guess you get what you pay for.

Quaint space

Perfect spot for 2-3 of your friends to kick back after a days work. Clean apartment. Quiet complex. Nice overall neighborhood/area. Lots of restaurants very close by. Recommend!

It was quite dirty when we checked in. There were women's underpants on the couch, carpet not vacuumed, hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Carpet was old and stained. There were towels in the dryer but none were in the bathrooms. There were maintenance issues including cracked and gross-looking tub, missing light bulbs, missing drain stops, etc. There was no salt in the kitchen. Two pools and a hot tub were advertised but none were warm enough to use. Sauna was out of service. Grounds were dirty, lots of garbage spilled out of dumpsters and blowing around.

I would give my stay a 5 due to the filthy carpet and dingy bathroom linen. The white towels had multiple stains and were old. Also, the bar stools' seats were peeling and the furniture was old and dusty. The place looks like it has been neglected. However, If the property had modern and clean floors linen, furniture and some TLC, I would give it an 8. The community was good.

Comfortable & Quiet Condo close to the strip

Loved the location. Close to everything. Quiet. Very clean. Spacious for 2 plus people. Area of concern - one of the condo owners said the neighborhood has been going down a little bit over the last few years and we can see that. To be clear, the condo is fantastic! But there was never anyone in the office in the 2 months we stayed there. And we never saw security - not once. Over all - it was an absolute blast. And we cant thank the owners enough.

The location and layout of the condo are fine; unfortunately it is poorly maintained. The dining table chairs need to be replaced; they are worn and very uncomfortable. Among the numerous maintenance issues: burnt out light bulbs, no sink stoppers in both the kitchen and bathrooms, no tub stopper in one of the bathtubs, no lids for any of the pots and pans, the deck table needs to be replaced (The top is warped). If the place were properly maintained I would give it a high rating, but not in its current condition.

Just what we needed

We just needed something for our son’s hockey tournament. It was just what we needed. We weren’t there much except to sleep. But it was cute and close to the ice rink.

I needed a place to stay while I looked for a house to buy in this crazy market. This condo was very comfortable. The area was pretty nice; everyone I spoke to while walking my dog through the complex was very friendly. I was happy with my stay.

Perfect rental

The property was exceeded expectations. Everything was provided for a long term stay and ready on arrival. Commutation was excellent, I couldn’t ask for more. Clean, safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and host. A+ stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo and very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Fast responses from the owners with great communication. If you are looking to be close to the strip, this may not be the best spot; it was about a 20+ minute drive with traffic, but we did it several times with no trouble. But we stayed here with our 2 kids and wanted to be close to Red Rock Canyon so this was perfect! Safe part of town and a very quiet community. Would absolutely stay here again.
