Recently renovated cottage overlooking Spring lake. One bedroom one bath. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Access to Spring lake for non motorized boating. No swimming. Enjoy the variety of wildlife including deer, geese, ducks, rabbits, foxes, and the occasional bald eagle. 8 miles from the University of Mississippi and Oxford Square. ( 15 minutes door to door) The Lakes subdivision is family and pedestrian friendly. Linens and towels provided. No extra pet fees.

The cottage is perfect for us. We love to stay here. The lake is beautiful and the set up of the house is ideal. We stay here as much as possible when we come to Oxford.

Lovely cottage and great location!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and the cottage is cozy and had everything we needed. We really liked the location of being right outside the city, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, but with the convenience of a short and easy drive into Oxford and to campus. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, not far from town

We loved our home away from home for a football weekend. Being able to bring our dogs is always a bonus. Space was a great size for a long weekend! We will stay again for sure!

Cute Clean Quiet Cottage with a Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage for our weekend in Oxford. It was clean and quiet and the perfect spot to bring our dogs and enjoy visiting our son that goes to Ole Miss. We will definitely come back!

Adorable Cottage

The cottage was so cute and clean. Very easy to commute back and forth to campus to visit our daughter. Owners were great with communication. Will definitely stay again!

Quiet and convenient

The cottage was just perfect for my husband and I. It was just as pictured and a bigger than I anticipated. If ever in Oxford again, this property will be the first I look for!

Wonderful Stay!

This stay was in a peaceful lovely neighborhood only 10 minutes from Oxford. My wife and I both thought the bed was super comfortable. The house was very clean. The owner was responsive and everything was straightforward. Loved our stay!

Recommend

While this house is not in the middle of the “action” of Oxford, it’s only a 10-12 minute drive from everywhere. It’s a cozy, well-equipped house on a pretty lake. The property owners were very easy to reach. We’d stay here again.

Adorable Cottage with a Beautiful View

We were visiting to watch our grand daughter play in a softball tournament. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs. It was an easy commute to and from the ball fields. The owners were exceptional with communication. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Wonderful weekend retreat.

A gracious host and better than expected weather made for a wonderful weekend in Oxford. The lakeside cottage exceeded our expectations and we wanted for nothing. The brownies waiting for us from our host was such a thoughtful welcome. Highly recommend.

Cute and Comfy Lake House

We were in town for a wedding, this house was close to the venue and very close to town. The house had everything you need, plenty of room for 2 people. The owners are next door in case of any issues. We really enjoyed the front porch looking at the lake and the very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if we are coming to the area.

Cozy Get Away

We came to Oxford for the football game. This spot was perfect- close enough to be convenient, but the spot on a lake in the woods made it feel like a special spot. The bed was comfy. The place was very clean. Holly made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Ole Miss Football Weekend

We will absolutely stay here again!!! Perfect lakeside property, just far enough out of town for a quiet and relaxing stay but close in enough to enjoy all that Oxford has to offer. Super-nice and responsive host - excellent communications - not one complaint.
