Spacious Studio Condo with an ideal T shape giving privacy in the bed/ sleeping area. Modern fixtures, cabinets and furniture makes the property cozy and elegant at the same time. Large size Kitchen with Full Size Appliances; laundry closet with Washer and Dryer. Living area with a comfortable L shape sofa to relax watching HBO on the 60inc Smart TV or taking a nap as its a Queen size sleeping sofa. Dining room for 4 next to a floor to ceiling window looking at the Brickell City Center on 6th Street. Bedroom area features an elegant Queen size Bed with 2 night stand and a Walk In closet with build in drawers. Nice size Bathroom with shower-tub combo. At the Balcony enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the vibe of the City passing by. Sleep until late as all windows are sound proof and have blackout shades. Fast WiFi inside the condo and in the common areas.
