This beautiful Pono Kai Condo Building H is steps from the ocean and the beach!! With a full kitchen, dining area, living room, private patio, pool, hot tub, tennis, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, WiFi included, 3-mile bike path along ocean, Free parking, etc.

IT'S A NO-BRAINER!! BOOK NOW!!

This amazing 650 square foot, ground floor condo in Building H is on what many consider to be "the finest family beach on Kauai". Just steps from the pool and beach, this condominium provides the best location for island fun. No stairs to climb, just exit the lanai to the beach or stroll through the beautifully manicured gardens to the pool, tennis courts, croquet court, barbecue/picnic areas, fitness facility, and shuffle board. Take a short walk through historic Kapa'a town for great island shopping, food, and recreation.

This condo comfortably sleeps four people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, plus a flat screen TV. The living room has a queen-size Murphy Bed plus a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave with a comfortable dining area. The condo was recently upgraded with beautiful new cabinets and counter tops.

For reservations longer than 14 days, we suggest a mid-stay clean -- additional $185 cleaning fee -- in which our housekeeper will refresh bed linens & bath towels, clean the unit, and replenish provided toiletries/supplies.

+ Parking is free and there are no resort fees.

+ A one-time cleaning fee of $185 to ensure the condo is sparkling clean for your arrival. For reservations longer than 14 days, we suggest a mid-stay clean -- additional $185 cleaning fee -- in which our housekeeper will refresh bed linens & bath towels, clean the unit, and replenish provided toiletries/supplies.

+ Our housekeeper provides a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. We DO NOT provide any personal hygiene items like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc...

+ If you happen to need any items re-stocked/refreshed during your stay, we would suggest that you purchase or clean them on your own. We can have our housekeeper refresh the linens, towels, and supplies but they charge us a $45 fee to do so which would be passed on.

This condo is very nice, looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. The front desk people were helpful and the grounds we beautiful. The pool was under construction when were were there so that was a bit of a bummer but overall, great location.

We stayed three nights and found the property to exceed our expectations. The communication we received from Jared was excellent. The property was very clean and very well maintained and the location perfect for the experience we wanted (i.e., low key, less busy resort environment, good central location on the island). Loved our stay. The location of unit is on the first floor so can easily get around the property. The resort is in the perfect location to travel around the island. So much to do! Owner responded quickly to all of our messages. There is no A/C in the bedroom so we used a fan to push the air back from the living room. It worked okay. Overall -- great place.

Great Property

Have stayed at the resort multiple times, not via VRBO. This owner has updated the property. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the owner responded almost instantly and made sure the issue was resolved. The communication was excellent. Liked the extras in the room that we were able to use; beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely rent with this owner and unit again.

Fantastic

Beautiful, clean grounds just steps from the ocean. The sun rise in the morning is the most amazing sight. It was our daughters 14th birthday- the resort offers plenty of activities, the unit is just steps from the pool, with laundry and bbq's just steps away from the unit. Jared is a fantastic host to deal with, answers questions almost immediately- and offers many tips on restaurants and things to see and do. Overall 11/ 10 rating. The absolute only negative i could possibly say is the patio chairs could use cushions. However, that by no means had any real impact on our vacation. The room was fully stocked with boogy boards, snorkels, lawn chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks. I would recommend this property and unit to anyone i know who would like to visit the beautiful island of Kauai. Thanks Jared!

Central Location

Everything about this rental was easy and convenient. The host was very helpful by providing information leading up to our rental and checked in with us once we were settled. The unit is clean and well outfitted for your Island holiday needs. They have what you need to eat in, and even better, they have what you need to go on your day trips. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles, beach mats, and a cooler! Super helpful on those long hot fun filled days at the beach. The complex is centrally located and offers equal distance to great beaches in all directions. The unit is a ground floor with easy access to parking and the courtyard (pool, hot tub, hammocks and more). Air conditioned in the living space and ceiling fans in the bedroom and eating area. Full TV and Streaming service with fast internet for those down times or to catch up on news or emails. Host wasn't overbearing and we felt at ease. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and walking the path along the ocean. There is a grocery store just down the street and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Kapaa is right on the other side of the condos. We did cook several meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We definitely would stay here again.

Jared a été très accommodant. Nous avions demandé une arrivée hâtive et il nous l’avons obtenu. Nous avons eu une évacuation due au tsunami du 29 juillet et le personnel du resort nous ont donné l’information en venant directement à notre porte. Heureusement plus de peur que de mal.Le condo est confortable pour 4 personnes. Le lit escamotable a un bon matelas. Petit point négatif pour l’air climatisé qui se rend mal dans la chambre. Les coqs chantent à tout heure du jour et de la nuit alors c’est bien de fermer les fenêtres. Sinon nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les restaurants et les boutiques sont à distance de marche, la piscine et le spa sont super, la plage est tout près.Bref, nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Perfect get away

We were so impressed with the location an property for our weekend girls trip! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were open later than I expected, which meant we got to explore all day, and also enjoy the amenities. Appreciated the beach chairs at the rental that we could take with up for a day of exploring. The unit was clean and well cared for. If I go back to Kauai, I'd stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.
