Charming Duplex of 40m² entirely renovated in 2015 for 6 people on the top floor with elevator of the residence "l'Alliet", in the calm and wooded district of Charmettoger.
At the foot of the slopes: ski lift less than 100 m from the building (Alpine Garden) downhill :-) Located 3 minutes' walk from the center of the resort: 'Les Villards' shopping gallery Ski rental, mini-market and bread depot in front of the building (100 m)
Paid covered parking at 50 m. Parking possible at the foot of the residence for unloading and places available for outdoor parking on the side of the residence.
Opening since winter 2015 of a fun indoor Aqua center only 250 m from the apartment (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room ...).
Description of the accommodation: A kitchen open to living room: Dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, dishes and kitchen utensils for 6 people. Stay : Convertible sofa, coffee table, armchair, 3TV, table for 6 people, 4 chairs, 2 stools. Upstairs bedroom : 1 closed bedroom with double bed 140x190 with dressing room and TV Mountain corner: 2 single beds 80x190, furniture and TV Bathroom : Towel dryer, washing machine, hair dryer 1 balcony with 2 sun loungers, Tancarville
Locker: 1 ski locker with shelves for ski boots (for everyone's comfort, ski boots, snowboard boots, as well as sliding equipment are not allowed in the apartment)
Internet access: No Internet access, however rental of 4G Box possible with our Partner "La Conciergerie des Montagnes" in the city center "Les Villards" (3 minutes on foot)
Provision : 2 duvets for 190x200 bed and 2 duvets for 90x190 bed with 6 pillows.
Bed and bathroom linen not provided. Bed linen and towels can be hired from the Conciergerie des Montagnes.
Ski locker and bicycle storage available
Pets not allowed. For the comfort of all tenants, the apartment is a non-smoking area.
Bail : 900 euros uncashed and returned after the inventory and the return of the keys.
Housework : An uncashed "cleaning" deposit of 100 euros is also required. The apartment must be left clean on departure (vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available). Cleaning service possible (consult us for prices).

Brice and Laetitia we're really responsive and helpful - the flat was perfect and comfortable for four of us and a great location close to 1800 and a short walk to the ski lifts. Also well kitted out kitchen with everything we needed. Thankyou, would recommend!
We had a lovely stay in Les Arcs - the chalet was great and the skiing was perfect. The chalet is a very short walk from the ski lifts and also all the things you need for a hassle-free ski holiday - such as ski hire, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.
Brice was extremely helpful and provided all info we needed - was also extremely accommodating when we asked if we could arrive earlier than check-in and leave slightly later than check-out! Highly recommend this chalet and this resort!

The apartment was just as described. We stayed for a week over New Year as a family of 5. Our 16 year old son slept on the sofa bed which was easy to put up every night and was comfy although noisy when he moved! The 12 year old twins were in the single bedroom upstairs and although they couldn't stand up straight as the ceiling was low, they loved the space. Our bedroom was a good size with adequate storage and the bed was comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and was a lovely warm space. We loved our week. It was a 5 minute walk to the main ski lifts and supermarket, and shops, which was ideal. A bakery was just over the road so great for croissants in the morning! The ski locker was also really useful. We would definitely book again.

This was the perfect apartment for our family of three. Great to have a lift, ski locker and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Having two bedrooms was a luxury and the second bedroom with low ceiling height was great for kids
It isn't ski to door but a 5 minute walk to Villiards gets you to the trans arc lift and access to all areas of Les Arcs. Great selection of shops and restaurants in Villiards alongside the concierge building. Owner was really good with communication and helpful all the way through the process. Note that Concierge no longer provide internet connection. This is our 3rd time in Les Arcs and 1st time in 1800. We would happily return and hopefully have some fresh snow next time.

Great apartment, well equipped and close to the slopes and town
My husband and I and two of our children have just enjoyed a brilliant week’s skiing in Les Arcs. The apartment was perfect for us - small but had everything we needed. The only thing missing was a DVD player, that would have been handy for entertaining the kids in the evenings. Other than that, no complaints about the apartment. It can sleep 6 and it would be quite squashed if all beds were taken, but you can tell that by the photos and so you’d be prepared. Having looked at numerous apartments in the area this was the only one we found at a good price and with 2 bedrooms.
It’s only a short walk down the road to pick up the Trans Arc gondola, which takes you across to Arcs 2000 where there are lots of lovely blues to cruise around on. We went late in the season but the snow was still very good, nearly all pistes were open. We went out for a couple of meals in the evening, the main square being right next to the gondola as well.
The booking process was easy, Brice and Laetitia (the owners) responded quickly to any queries and confirmed the booking straight away.
All in all, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment for 4 of you, this is a really good option. Would recommend, and would stay again.

Great Apartment and Friendly Host
When looking at different options we stumbled across this newly refurbished apartment at first I thought is this too good to be true so I did lots of research eventually choosing this one.
After a long drive to the alps we collected the keys and arrived at the apartment and wow it was amazing, looking just as good as the photos suggest.
The location was great close to the Charmettoger car park and about a 3-5 minute walk to the Transarc which gives access to the whole mountain. The apartment was clean and extremely well refurbished. The communication before and during the trip with Brice (the owner) was easy and he answered any questions I had which put me at ease.
During the first day the microwave stopped working, disaster we thought but we spoke to Brice and he organised a new one to be delivered within a day, amazing!
Checkout with the new guests was simple and we quickly got on the road, at this point we forgot a laptop nightmare! But Brice helped communicate with the new tenants and we were able to retrieve the laptop, thanks again Brice.
Overall we had an extremely enjoyable time, the apartment was great and Brice was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Oui, Brice a ete tres disponible.Prevenir que l etage est peu adapte aux personnes mesurant plus d 1,80m.La conciergerie est aussi tres a l écoute des occupants.
Emplacement très bien et proche de la station! Accessible à pieds en 3 min! Hébergement propre et fonctionnel! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’étage, le local à ski et tout à proximité (commerces, école de ski, location skis….). Idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants! Le plus: tout se fait à pieds, on laisse la voiture au parking…le moins: beaucoup de jeunes donc beaucoup de fêtes tard le soir…mais malgré tout supers vacances et de très agréables souvenirs
Appartement pratique, bien situe, joli, et extremement bien equipe. Parfait pour un groupe de 3 ou 4 amis, ou un couple avec enfants. Tout est a proximite (les magasins comme les pistes), recuperation des clefs facile le jour de notre arrivee. L'appartement est extremement bien equipe et confortable, et nous l'avons trouve parfaitement propre. Enfin, la communication avec Brice est facile et agreable. Bref tout est parfait et nous avons passe un super sejour, merci!!

Appartement sympa. Bien équipé. Une petite marche pour aller aux télécabines le matin. Entre que le stationnement sur la station est payant 85 la semaine en extérieur. Dommage que le linge de lit et le linge de toilettes ne soient pas compris dans la location. Il faut penser à emmener un torchon également. Sinon il y avait plein de petites choses pour dépanner: épicerie, produits de ménage. Attention à l’escalier qui est très rude. Immeuble calme et bien équipé pour les skieurs. 2 ascenseurs donc hyper pratique. Bon séjour.
Logement très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du bourg et du Transarc. Parking couvert payant Charmettoger à proximité. Le logement est très mignon, propre, et idéal pour 4 adultes. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et la conciergerie flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de retour. Je recommande ! retour.rerrrrerrrrecommande !
Tout est dans le titre, par ailleurs la communication avec Laetitia et Brice est rapide et claire.Lu dans un autre commentaire, le plafond à l'étage chambre est plutôt bas, mais mon mètre quatre-vingt dix s'y est accommodé sans souci; la chambre du fond est vraiment basse de plafond, mais même deux adultes peuvent y dormir confortablement.
Appartement bien décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de l'appartement et de la résidence, notamment la télé dans la chambre des enfants qui nous a permis une vraie indépendance pour les soirées...
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et arrangeants.
Bref, des vacances réussies. Nous recommandons et avons prévu de revenir.

Le logement était très mignon, bien équipé.
Pour 4 personnes l’espace était bien.
Le logement est à coté de tout, c’était agréable.
Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour.

C'est un duplex: attention, l'escalier est très abrupte: non recommandé pour des petits enfants.
Une belle chambre parentale. Une 2è chambre avec rideau: très basse de plafond. On ne peut pas tenir debout (adulte ou ado).
Cuisine très bien équipée.
Salon chaleureux.
Belle terrasse.
Un local à ski: mais aucun banc pour s'équiper donc pas très confortable.
A 5/7 mn à pied des remontées et des commerces.
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.
