House has floor 90 m² (approval 3 ***) + its large garage 90 m² on a closed ground of 500 m²; ideally located in the town of Perigny 5 minutes (by car) from the city center / old port of La Rochelle; 10 minutes from the island of Ré and various other tourist sites nearby. Ideal for stays with family or friends.
- Near all shops (300 meters walk): Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Banks, Grocery (tobacco / newspapers), Bars, Hairdresser etc ..! Communal aquatic complex "Palmilud" and its business park of 4 hectares 500 m from the house (indoor and outdoor pools, slides, jacuzzis, saunas, beach volleyball, handball, table tennis ...), Large park (30 hectares) 50m with children's games, petanque, skate-park etc ...; (2 minutes from a shopping center "U express" and its gas station, or 5 minutes drive from a large center "Leclerc" and a shopping center "Hyper U" Beaulieu).

Idéal pour visiter La rochelle et ses environs

Maison fonctionnelle ...espace confortable pour 6 personnes même adultes …. La Rochelle à deux pas tout en étant dans un environnement calme et tranquille avec des petits commerces à proximité. Nous avons pu garer 3 véhicules sans problème. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible ; nous avons apprécié les décorations de Noël dans la pièce principale. La maison correspond tout à fait à la description de l'annonce.

Charmante maison familiale très bien équipée

Située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Périgny, récemment rénovée, elle nous a offert tout le confort nécessaire pour notre séjour. Spacieuse, très lumineuse, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. L'espace cuisine bénéficie de tous les appareils indispensables à la préparation des repas. Les coins repas et salon/TV sont bien agencés. Nous étions à 6 personnes et n'avions aucune difficulté dans nos mouvements. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle, grand lavabo, douche à l'italienne. Les 3 chambres sont chacune équipée d'un grand placard avec étagères et cintres. La literie est ferme (tout à fait ce que nous cherchions !). Le sous-sol est spacieux, permettant d'y garer la voiture, une remorque, les vélos… La surface disponible permet également d'y faire jouer les enfants en cas de mauvais temps. Les espaces verts extérieurs sont plaisants et doivent permettre à la belle saison d'y faire des BBQ. La maison est proche (à 300 m) des commodités usuelles (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, pharmacie, coiffeur, …) et d'un immense parc verdoyant pour les jeux des enfants et le footing des parents ! L'hôte a été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de la semaine. Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés !! Merci Johan.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Johan lors de notre arrivée et avons apprécié sa présence lors de notre départ. La maison était très bien située, très propre, confortable et très bien aménagée et décorée. Située près du centre de La Rochelle (10 minutes). Merci Johan Note: Une petite correction du système d'éclairage du passage menant aux chambres serait souhaitable pour éviter des dérangements durant la nuit.

Een prachtig verblijf in een fantastisch mooie streek

We hebben genoten van een prachtige reis met onze twee jonge kinderen. Johan zorgde er eerst en vooral voor dat we ons heel welkom voelden. Het huis ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto's en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een grote plus voor ons was de nabijheid van het stadspark met het speeltuintje en het skatepark. In de streek zijn er geweldig veel activiteiten voor groot en klein. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
