Beachfront villa with pool on the Praia del Rey golf course

The villa is located on the Praia D'el Rey area Golf & Beach Resort, on the Silver Coast, 80 km north of Lisbon.

It offers a magnificent view of the ocean and enjoys a privileged location in the resort (5 minutes walk from the beach, clubhouse, driving range and tee # 1), along the hole # 2 .

It can accommodate 8 guests in elegant surroundings. So you can enjoy the heated swimming pool (10x5, towels provided), the furnished patio and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The interior is tastefully decorated, offers a large living area and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, coffee maker & kettle, toaster, washing machine).

The villa has 4 double bedrooms with dressing:
- 1st floor: master bedroom (with bathroom & shower, toilet, a private furnished terrace) and a bedroom (shower, wc)
- Ground floor: two bedrooms with shower & toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

we also offer flat screen TV (200 international channels), DVD player and wi-fi.

The resort has 4 restaurants (clubhouse, the Italian restaurant Argento, the restaurant Buffet Hotel 4 * Marriott, the gourmet restaurant Romi), a tennis club (6 animated short by Fellner Academy).

You can find many restaurants in the surrounding villages, as well as many supermarkets.

The area offers many attractions easily accessible (medieval village of Obidos, Batalha Monasteries & Tomar, Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra ...).

Besides the magnificent golf Praia D'el Rey (by the sea) you will find the nearby golf Royal Obidos and Bom successo.

15 min, Baleal / Peniche is the best known surf spot in Portugal and hosts every year one of the eleven races of the World Cup.

The welcome in the house is provided by a local property manager, speaking French and English, and if necessary to accompany you throughout your stay.

Family vacation

The property is lovely, quiet, the pool is great, and it’s near places we wanted to go. The Marriott was a convenient place to eat our first night since we had come in from Lisbon, stopped in Mafra, and we were tired. The unit is perfect, lots of space for more than our 5 adults. I would do it again!

PDR Villa

We enjoyed our recent stay in this fine villa. It was well laid out and well equipped. The pool and outdoor area added to the enjoyment of our stay. Unfortunately our stay was slightly marred by three maintenance issues, all of which were responded to quickly by the property manager. Two of them however were more serious and were unresolved when we left.

Pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la mer...

La maison est très grande et située au calme (voiture indispensable). Accès à pieds à la très belle et longue plage. Catarina, qui fait partie de l'agence s'occupant de la maison, est très aimable et serviable. De manière générale, la maison est très bien décorée et équipée, mais il serait grand temps de rempacer certains des équipements qui sont cassés (bâche de la piscine, volets, sièges sur la terrasse en haut, tables en rotin,..) et qui ne cadrent donc plus avec le standing de la maison. La literie est très confortable. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Bonjour, merci pour vos commentaires, ils rencontrent les objectifs des propriétaires pour rendre la maison toujours plus agréable. Le nouveau rideau de piscine a été commandé au début de l'été, le devis a été accepté dès réception en juillet et nous attendons la livraison. Concernant les tables de jardin, nous avons cherché en vain à les remplacer en urgence et avons décidé de changer l'ensemble du mobilier pour la saison prochaine afin de conserver l'élégance de l'ensemble. Le canapé et les deux sièges qui sont encore en bon état viendront agrémenter le patio de la master Bedroom pour profiter de la vue exceptionnelle sur le golf et la mer. Pour cette saison, plusieurs investissements extérieurs avaient été planifiés ou réalisés (nouvelle applique d'extérieure - livrée et installée début août, un nouvel équipement de barbecue, nouveau parasol et bien sûr le nouveau liner de la piscine). Les investissements cette saison se sont également concentrés sur les aménagements intérieurs (création d'une claustra afin de créer un entrée distincte de la salle à manger). Nous apprécions que vous reconnaissiez le standing que nous nous efforçons d'apporter au niveau de la villa. Cordialement Arpadepraia Lda

Fantastic family holiday, villa lovely, Praia d’el Rey does not disappoint

Stayed for two weeks with 3 generations of our family. The villa is fantastic, well positioned and had space for us all. My only criticism would be there are only 4 sun beds when the house accommodates 8 adults.

Estadia agradável. Boa localização, bom espaço, bom equipamento. A casa é muito espaçosa e confortável. Gostámos muito do exterior, principalmente do barbecue. (Apenas o sistema de aquecimento estava um pouco descontrolado, demasiado quente em algumas zonas e pouco quente noutras, e nem sempre obedecia aos comandos.)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de chance au niveau température, il y avait beaucoup de vent et il a fait frais. concernant la maison, pas grand chose à dire sinon qu'il serait bien de doubler la quantité de vaisselle afin de ne pas être obligé de faire un lavage systématique. très bien équipée, silencieuse entre les chambres. très beau villages à visiter au alentour. Atenção ao valor total desta propriedade! Omitem deliberadamente o valor da limpeza, conseguindo assim fazer um valor total da estadia mais baixo que o resto da concorrência. Dois dias antes da chegada e depois de já termos pago a totalidade da casa, informam deste valor extra a pagar à agência. Ar condicionado não funciona em condições. O primeiro andar esteve sempre gelado e no R/C a sala também não aqueceu. Nos quartos do R/C estava tanto calor que tivemos de abrir a janela, pois não dava para controlar o AC, o que tornou a estadia de 4 dias muito desconfortável. Loiça de cozinha em pouca quantidade, sem algumas das coisas básicas. Experiência a não repetir!

Consideramos a reação da Sra Palla absolutamente injustificada e inadequada. A Sra Palla efetuou um pedido de informação a 22/11, sem ter dado continuidade. Pediu finalmente, a 7/12 para bloquear a casa e como efetuar o pagamento (?). Nós indicámos que o pagamento deveria ser efetuado através do site. Após o recebimento do pagamento da reserva, pedimos-lhe por e-mail a 16/12 (dispomos da confirmação de leitura do e-mail) para efetuar também o pagamento da caução e como desejaria fazer relativamente à limpeza de saída. Portanto, sem nenhuma surpresa. Na ausência de uma resposta, pedimos ao gerente da propriedade para verificar estes dois pontos a 30/12 antes do inicio da estadia. A limpeza final não está incluída nas estadias inferiores a uma semana, os visitantes podem fazê-la ou pedir o contra pagamento ao gerente da propriedade. Esta casa é alugada já há 3 anos em vários sites (Holiday Lettings/Housetrip), e esta questão nunca foi um problema. Basta ler as opiniões dos outros inquilinos. . Quanto ao aquecimento, cada quarto está equipado com termostato individual. Se está muito quente num quarto e não o suficiente num outro, basta ajustá-lo. Se a pessoa tinha efetivamente dificuldades, poderia ter ligado e/ou enviado um e-mail ao gerente da propriedade, que se encontra todos os dias no resort, para gestão de múltiplas moradias. Tudo o que tinha de fazer era entrar em contato com. No que respeita ao equipamento da casa, os inquilinos reservam a cada verão por 2, 3 e até 4 semanas este ano, e nunca se queixaram sobre o equipamento disponível. Infelizmente parece que nada satisfaz a Sra. Palla.”
