Gran casa y parcela pero…….,

La casa y la parcela muy amplias al igual que la piscina. Es una lástima que la conservación no sea la adecuada y que la limpieza fuese ínfima. Si las instalaciones tuviesen un mantenimiento adecuado serían geniales. Todo este comentario quiero que se entienda como una crítica constructiva.

De superbes vacances !

La maison d'Hervé a complètement répondu à nos attentes. Les différents espaces aménagés pour manger et la grande piscine ont été très appréciés par tous les membres de la famille. L'accueil d'Hervé a été très cordial et nous recommandons sans problème sa location.

schöne Unterkunft, freundlicher Vermieter

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Pool mit der nebenliegenden Lounge war schön. Die direkte umliegende Landschaft des Hauses lädt nicht so zu spontanen Spaziergängen ein, da diese nicht so schön ist. In der Nachbarschaft waren sehr viele Hunde ansässig, wodurch häufiges intensives Gebell oft störend auffiel. Ebenso wurden einige Bauprojekte in direkter Nachbarschaft bearbeitet, was zu häufiger Nutzung von Kompressoren und Betonmischern führte. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war o.k, ist jedoch verbesserungsfähig. Sowohl im Bad (vor allem Spiegelschrank) als auch der Küche (Geschirr, Spinnweben im Schrank) hatten wir das Bedürfnis zu Beginn etwas nachzureinigen, bevor wir es nutzten. Die angekündigte Klimaanlage war lediglich ein Klimagerät in einem der drei Schlafzimmer, welches nicht funktionsfähig war und in vielen auseinandergerissenen Einzelteilen, notdürftig mit Klebeband versehen vorzufinden war. In den anderen Räumen waren Ventilatoren bereitgestellt. Den Defekt einer Flamme des Gasherdes hat der Vermieter unverzüglich reparieren lassen, wo hingegen die durch Verwitterung gerissene Sonnenliege in den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nicht ersetzt wurde. Dennoch war es alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und ist durchaus weiter zu empfehlen.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea perfecta. Equipada de todo, cafetera, horno, microondas, ventiladores, secadores, aspiradora.. toallas… y lo más increíble es el amplio jardín, con la piscina, barbacoa, .. espectacular. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el mando de la puerta y se solucionó en seguida. Vanesa un encanto. Volveremos a repetir.

Vacaciones en familia en Chiclana

Estupendo alojamiento para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La casa es fantástica, y está situada en una zona muy tranquila para descansar, pero a sólo 5 min en coche de la playa. Además los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina y sus amplias zonas donde jugar. Muy contentos de haber elegido esta casa, y muy agradecidos a Hervé por todo.

Hemos pasado unos días geniales en la casa de Herve. Esta muy bien situada, el jardín amplio y bien cuidado y la piscina todo un lujo Lo mejor de todo la atención que han tenido con nosotros Chantall y Javier, destacar su responsabilidad, su atención y su trato familiar. Un abrazo fuerte de los tres en especial de Blas.

La casa es estupenda con una parcela muy amplia, piscina grande y bien situada para ir a la playa.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas dos adultos y dos niñas. El anfitrión Pablo ha estado siempre pendiente de todo. Casa muy amplia con una parcela grande y buena piscina. Y una zona chill-out donde pasar buenas sobremesas.Todo muy bien cuidado. Se tarda en coche 5 minutos en llegar a la playa de La Barrosa. Las fotos que figuran en la página son fiel reflejo de la realidad. Repetiríamos sin duda.

beau séjour dans une belle maison

La maison d'Hervé est comme sur les photos, nous avons profité de la piscine, des espaces verts tout autour de la maison, tout a bien fonctionné TV internet frigo plaques de cuisson micro-ondes, nous avons aussi profité des conseils laissés par Hervé pour aller à la plage. La maison était propre lorsque nous sommes arrivées, les linges de maison et de toilette tout y était ..... Alors n'hésitez pas si vous voulez aller dans ce coin d'Andalousie
