Ideal house for summer season in a new and quiet residential area without the bustle of the beachfront. Recently built house, close to the beach of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri .... surrounded by commercial areas and fast access to the highway. The house is fully equipped. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them integrated in the main room), bright living room with large windows and brand new kitchen. It has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, comfortable designer furniture inside and with all the comforts outside (sun loungers, portable barbecue, front and rear porch with teak tables and chairs ..). Ideal for two couples or family of four-five people. It has a private pool.

Housing published in the decoration magazine "El Mueble" in the August 2018 edition and quite regularly on his Instagram account.

Beautiful house

The house is beautifully designed. There was lots of space for the 3 of us inside the house and out. We loved the very cute seated space at the front, and spent alot of time relaxing in the hammock with the beautiful borgainvillia around. A great location, close to the beach and not far from town. Loved it!

La casa esta bien, pero la piscina es muy pequeña, el acceso es complicado y esta practicamente todo el tiempo sucia, tanto el fondo como la superficie. Hay que estar limpiando cada vez que quieres bañarte. No hay barbacoa con parrilla, solo tienen una paellera/olla eléctrica. Tampoco hay tumbonas ni de piscina, ni de playa, por lo visto se las llevaron los huéspedes anteriores y no pudieron reponerlas. Espero que los siguientes tengan suerte y les haya dado tiempo a reponerlas. Las dos hamacas pequeñas de las fotos son un poco incomodas para tomar el sol y la otra hamaca de las fotos no estaba.Se agradece el detalle del mollete y el croissant

Estancia de 10

Hemos pasado cinco noches en la casa de Cristina y Roger y la estancia ha sido increíble. Tienen muy cuidada la decoración y te sientes realmente como en casa. Está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario, pudiendo destacar la calidad de las toallas y sábanas. Como cortesía de los anfitriones nos dejaron todos los días pan fresco en la puerta, detalle que realmente cabe destacar. Disfrutamos mucho del jardín y del porche, ya que disponen de una mesa grande donde poder desayunar o tomar algo por la noche. En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque hay que ir en coche a la playa, el trayecto es de 6-7 minutos y conseguimos aparcar con facilidad, por lo que nos pareció bastante correcto. Sin duda, nuestra experiencia ha sido tan positiva que seguro que volvemos.

Super schönes Haus.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche;Deutschland 6 Grad/Chiclana 22 Grad.Das sagt schon alles. Cristina und Rogelio haben sich hier mit sehr viel Kreativität eine Oase geschaffen,in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.“Altes“und moderner Komfort wurden mit sehr viel Charme kombiniert.Bisher das schönste Haus in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Cristina und Rogelio waren beide sehr Aufmerksam und jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen.Sie hatten gute Tipps um die Gegend zu erkunden sowie gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Orte zum chillen. Wir würden jederzeit genau dieses Haus wieder auswählen. Vielen Dank an Cristina und Rogelio.

Welcome home!

Wir hatten zu viert eine tolle Woche in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus mit einer grandiosen überdachten Terasse und einem kleinen Garten, der zum Entspannen und Lesen einlud. Restaurants sind nicht fussläufig erreichbar, was für uns ok war, da wir jeden Abend gekocht, oder gegrillt haben. Mit dem Mietwagen sind Supermärkte und der tolle Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Lebensmittel beim Mercado inkl. frischen Fisch sehr zu empfehlen. Rundum eine tolle authentische Unterkunft mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und der Besitzer Rogelio hilft mit Tipps und Empfehlungen weit über das übliche Maß - einfach toll!

Casa con encanto cerca del mar. La decoración preciosa y es ideal para viajar en familia. Todo un acierto la reciente construcción de la piscina, sobre todo para disfrutarla los días de Levante. La casa es preciosa, cómoda y muy agradable. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa desde el primer minuto. Los dueños, encantadores y siempre al quite. Aseemos, sus recomendaciones sobre la zona, tanto para compras como para comer por ahí, nos han venido muy bien. Punto extra para el precioso porche y para la piscina, un gran oasis si toca algún día de levante. Lo dicho, para volver.

Magnifica casita, con una decoración , distribucion y equipamiento excelentes, muy cercana a la playa de la Barrosa, y en un entorno muy tranquilo. Terraza exterior ideal para pasar buenos ratos tanto comiendo un buen atun de almadraba como para tomar un buen gin tonic.. Excelente opción para ir de vacaciones a la zona de Chiclana. Muchas gracias Cris y Roger por compartir esta magnifica vivienda , hemos seguido casi todas vuestras indicaciones y consejos para conocer mejor la zona, nos hemos guardado algunos para tener la excusa de volver.
