El Patio is one of five well equipped apartments of Finca San Ambrosio with access to a community pool, a large garden, barbecue and garden terrace with garden furniture.
The Finca is set amongst fruit orchards and pasture in the green south of Andalusia, Province of Cadiz, in beautiful landscape and only about 1,6 miles from the wide golden beaches of the Costa de la Luz. Conil and Vejer de la Frontera are just a 10 minutes drive away.
An enormous ground floor apartment (240 sqm), entered via a south facing terrace with garden furniture, partly shaded by a large sun umbrella. Arches from the sitting room lead to a dining room and through to a huge, well equipped kitchen. On the far side of the sitting room in a separate wing are 3 twin bedrooms (with very good, extra length beds), one with an ensuite bathroom, a second large bathroom with two wash-basins (suitable for wheelchairs), and a separate WC.
Well equipped kitchen with 6-flames-cooker, oven, fitted extractor hood, large fridge with cooler, a very good assortment of pots and pans, kitchenware, glases etc., and dishwasher.
Pans and pots etc. in any size, also for large families and groups.
Large dining room with tables and chairs, sideboards, glass cabinet and extra dishes. More tables and chairs can be provided.
All bathrooms are nicely tiled and with marble supports, one of the bathrooms wheelchair accessible.
Central heating in all rooms, cast iron fireplace in the living room.
Events are allowed if the entire Finca is booked.
We provide cots and highchairs on request without additional costs.
Up to 2 additional beds can be provided too, the weekly rate amounts to 70 Euro/bed.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

FINCA SAN AMBROSIO
The Finca is set amongst fruit orchards and pasture in the green south of Andalusia, Province of Cadiz, in beautiful landscape and only about 1,6 miles from the wide golden beaches of the Costa de la Luz. Conil and Vejer de la Frontera are just a few minutes drive away.
Situated in front of the nature park 'La Breña' with its pine forest, and surrounded by wide meadows with horses, cows, and goats, by fruit orchards and some farms and private houses, Finca San Ambrosio is a green oasis - birds twittering, the wind rustling in the Eucalyptus trees, the murmur of the stream...
It seems to be far away from it all, but in a five minutes drive you can reach the 'White Village' Vejer de la Frontera with its spectacular views to the Laguna de la Janda, the Atlantic and the coast of Africa. There you can enjoy also the lovely white Moorish architecture, enchanted places with bars and cafes. The lively seaports of Conil and Barbate with fish markets, restaurants, beach bars are also nearby, and of course the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz..
The main house of the Finca, a large Andalusian style Cortijo, is divided into 3 spacious apartments for 4-7 pax, the two garden houses into 4 smaller apartments (2-3 pax each), all with private terraces and separate entrances. Each apartment is equipped to a high standard.
A path through natural gardens leads to a pool (12x6 m) with terraces, sun beds and outside shower, a shaded upper terrace with garden furniture and a separate barbecue with al fresco dining place.
Groups - Family Holidays - Yoga - Seminars – Wedding- and Birthday-Celebrations:
All apartments of Finca San Ambrosio can be rented separately, but the Finca is also very suitable for a large group or family, for relaxing holidays and celebrations. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with its large romantic gardens, and a lot of space to stay together or be on one’s own. Seven comfortable apartments accommodate up to 30 people
