Chatel ski break

Lovely situated apartment with in the heart of ChĂątel. Very well equipped with a wonderful outlook & balcony, 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants & supermarket. Would definitely recommend this apartment, great value.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille dans ce bel appartement. Il est parfaitement situĂ© au centre du village avec des places de parkings privatives (pas nominative donc en basse saison, nous n’avons eu aucun problĂšme). L’appartement est spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons juste Ă©tĂ© lĂ©gĂšrement déçu de ne pas trouver certaines Ă©lĂ©ments primaires pour une location tĂ©l que le liquide vaisselle ou le papier toilette.

Logement fonctionnel et agencé avec goût

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans la station, nous avons facilement trouver le masterlock pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs du logement en revanche, nous avons mis quelques minutes Ă  trouver la porte du logement, le nom n’étant pas le mĂȘme et le logement pas indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. L’appartement est trĂšs joli et bien dĂ©corĂ© cependant petit bĂ©mol avec les wc et la chasse d’eau qui en Ă©clabousse beaucoup. Seul point nĂ©gatif, nous avons retrouvĂ© des affaires d’un ancien locataire (rasoir, verre sous un fauteuil, cĂ©rĂ©ales dans le canapĂ©) et des traces dans les sanitaires.

L’apprtement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce malgrĂ© des communs qui datent d’une autre Ă©poque. Myriam a rĂ©pondue Ă  toutes mes questions, la communication Ă©tait parfaite. L’appartement est situĂ© idĂ©alement pour le ski avec un arrĂȘt de bus 50m plus bas et proche du centre ville. La dĂ©coration est apprĂ©ciable, les mobiliers sont solides et dfonctionnels.

Appartement idéalement situé, clair et calme

1 semaine passĂ©e dans cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, calme et lumineux. Belle vue sur la montagne en contre bas. Communication avec la prioritaire est fluide. Literie de qualitĂ©. Appartement bien fourni en electro mĂ©nagĂ©, plaque vitro, bouilloire et machine Ă  cafĂ© + machine Nespresso. Quelques petits bĂ©mols : le casier Ă  ski est un peu petit - il faut jouer Ă  Tetris. Les murs sont assez fins, on entend un peu les voisins mais rĂ©sidence calme. Enfin l'appartement devait ĂȘtre disponible Ă  16h mais malgrĂ© notre arrivĂ© Ă  16h45 la femme de mĂ©nage est arrivĂ©e Ă  17h30 - je prĂ©cise que cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© du tout.
