This home is a beautifully appointed, recently remodeled family home in Rancho Mirage. This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Coachella Valley. Centrally located only 15 minutes from Palm Springs to the west, or 15 minutes to Palm Desert to the east. The boutiques of El Paseo, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, buzzy downtown Palm Springs, world class tennis and golf, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the Outlets at Cabazon, endless hiking and day trip opportunities. There's lots to do a stone's throw away. Rancho Mirage is the playground of Presidents, Movie Stars, and the Captains of Industry. Why not enjoy some of that?

The space

This house has it all! Relax in the very private back yard that boasts a sparkling pool and spa. Enjoy s'mores or a late night cocktail around the fire pit. Throw a steak and shrimp on the new barbecue and grab the family for a rousing game of ping pong or darts in the garage/game room. You won't want to leave!
