Très belle maison, bien placée

On se sent tout de suite bien dans cette maison. Piscine, jacuzzi et une terrasse/rooftop avec une double vue magnifique. De petites et grandes attentions à notre arrivée. Bref, splendide et agréable.

Grande maison très claire où chaque membre de la famille a pu trouver son espace. Mer accessible à pied. Très bon accueil de Vanessa. Seul bémol, les lits moyennement confortables.

Un emplacement idéal avec un roof top à la vue exceptionnelle.

Malgré quelques petits désagréments, un superbe séjour avec un emplacement parfait. Mention particulière pour la terrasse sur le toit, la piscine chauffée et pour la prise en charge des désagréments par le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison proche de la plage . Idéal pour un séjour de 5 personnes , sinon l équipement est un peu juste pour 7 . Il manque un bon parasol’ sur la terrasse de la maison au r de chaussée . Les vélos prêtés gracieusement ont été un vrai plus .

Es war mal ein schönes Haus - jetzt leider doch sehr abgenutzt und verbraucht

Der Kontakt und Austausch mit dem Vermieter (französischer email-Verkehr) und seinem deutsch-sprechenden Schwager vorab war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Vermieter und Schwager waren sehr hilfsbereit, inkl. einigen Hinweisen und Tipps. Die Übergabe an sich war leider sehr kurz und nicht wirklich hilfreich. Alte, offene und abgelaufene Lebensmittel noch im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Zudem war die Verständigung nicht einfach: unser französisch leider nicht ausreichend, die Dame bei Übergabe leider nicht englisch-sprechend. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, in einem schönen Wohnviertel. Achtung: die erhöhte Hanglage ist für Menschen mit leichter Gehbehinderung sehr beschwerlich. Ansonsten sind es nur einige Gehminuten zum Meer. Zum Bäcker und ersten Einkauf benötigt man aber dann doch schon ein Fahrrad (10-15 Minuten) oder Auto (5-7 Minuten). Entfernungen mit Auto: - Düne ca. 10 Minuten - Pyla sur mer ca 10 Minuten - Arcachon ca 15 Minuten plus Parkplatzsuche!!! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und fantastisch. Jeden Abend bei einem Glas Wein den tollen Sonnenuntergang und den weiten Blick auf das Meer genossen. Das Haus ist durchaus groß und war sicherlich mal ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Inzwischen ist es leider sehr verbraucht und abgenutzt, und außen leicht verwildert und eher als ungepflegt, unsauber zu bezeichnen - das ist sehr schade. Besonders außen, aber auch innen könnte alles mal einen neuen "Anstrich" erhalten, der viele Rost sollte entfernt werden. Der Grill war unbrauchbar. Pool-Fliesen waren lose oder fehlten.....Liste könnte fortgesetzt werden. Das Haus ist auch überwiegend und stark mit persönlichen Gegenständen wohl des Eigentümers eingerichtet - wer es mag o.k. Haben sehr viele Fotos innen und außen gemacht, die das auch dokumentieren könnten. Wir haben selbst in Deutschland viele Wohnungen und Häuser. Über die vielen Jahre haben wir sehr viele Ferienhäuser und Ferienwohnungen im Ausland gemietet und haben aus unserer Sicht keine übertriebenen Ansprüche und Erwartungen, aber diesen Zustand und diese Situation (Preis-Leistung/Zustand) hatten wir so noch nie. Fazit: für eine relativ hohe Tagesmiete und einer vorab gewünschte relativ hohen Kaution stimmt hier die Verhältnismäßigkeit nicht. Es sollte dringend am Haus etwas gemacht werden oder etwas konkreter im Angebot erwähnt oder eben günstiger angeboten werden. Das sind natürlich unsere persönlichen Meinungen und Eindrücke!

Wonderful location with large and very nice garden including large pool and roof top terasse.

Location, garden, pool and roof top terrace with sea view are wonderful and hard to top. The house is big and offers wonderful views to garden and sea (from roof top terraces). Warm welcome and we could use everything. The house itself is getting old and beds, towels and some kitchen stuff ( not stove) show it as does the general state of the estate. If you don't mind that it is a 5 star location.
