Disappointing & Overpriced
What a disappointment!! The photography is misleading! We have rented several homes from VRBO over the years and this one was so disappointing that we packed up and left immediately. Of course this is all subjective, but we found filthy carpets/couch covered in dog hair, rock hard bed with a sparse quilt and futon like mattress,...the list goes on and on. We have no idea how the owner justifies his pricing for this rental. To be fair, the owner seemed reasonable and upon hearing of our disappointment had a cleaning crew come back to the house the following day. Unfortunately a day late. I feel like a fool for not doing more work on vrbo to find something more suitable. On a positive note, we did find a wonderful place called the Surf House Motel which was excellent....clean, comfortable beds and wonderful vibe right down the street.
