Lovely beach cottage with some comfortable touches. Nice sitting deck with private lush yard with outdoor hot water shower. 65" Smart TV and all hard wood flooring throughout. Single story residence with 2 steps onto deck. Located 100 yards to Cardiff State Beach, and Table Tops. Short Walk to Seaside Reef. Very short walk to Claires, just across the Bridge on the Coastal Rail Trail or T's Cafe or Tide Water or Pizza Port or Chiefs. Close and walkable to so many places, not to be missed.

Disappointing & Overpriced

What a disappointment!! The photography is misleading! We have rented several homes from VRBO over the years and this one was so disappointing that we packed up and left immediately. Of course this is all subjective, but we found filthy carpets/couch covered in dog hair, rock hard bed with a sparse quilt and futon like mattress,...the list goes on and on. We have no idea how the owner justifies his pricing for this rental. To be fair, the owner seemed reasonable and upon hearing of our disappointment had a cleaning crew come back to the house the following day. Unfortunately a day late. I feel like a fool for not doing more work on vrbo to find something more suitable. On a positive note, we did find a wonderful place called the Surf House Motel which was excellent....clean, comfortable beds and wonderful vibe right down the street.

Not surprised that you opted for a hotel as that’s probably why you wanted the entire time . Unlike the hundreds of guests we host every year that are happy to be a stones throw from the Beach in our cute little cottage, these guests were expecting the Ritz Carlton. Hard to beat the location and amenities . Better luck next time
