Please note: Our property was not damaged during hurricane Ivan. A couple of trees blew down but that should all be cleaned up by this winter season. And remember, hurricane season ends Nov 30, so come on down and enjoy the sunshine.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes away from several of South West Florida’s beautiful beaches, prime fishing waters and golf courses. Bring your own boat and leave it in the available slip just a block away. Only five minutes to the intracoastal water way and ten minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy several open air restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Located about half way between Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island and old downtown Englewood.

Great location

Newly renovated and well appointed 2-bedroom home. Beautiful fenced in backyard with roomy lanai and patio. Great yard for our dog. Could not have asked for more! Thank you Gary.

Great location close to great beaches.

The owner has just added a number of things like new refrigerator, updated shower and bathroom. Internet connection was good and there is a pleasant screened in patio. Overall, one of the most comfortable homes we have rented. Gary was easy to reach and responsive to requests. One of our favorite places.

Comfortable dog friendly rental in great location.

Only about 15 minute drive to two of the best Beaches in FL. Fenced in yard made us dog parents happy. Outdoor grill, well equipped kitchen made life easy. Only downside for me was lack of a dedicated work desk or office space. Gary is a good guy and easy to work with. Would book again.

Nice clean layout with fenced in yard for pet and lanai that was screened that we spent most of r time during day in. Had everything that we needed with two nice bedrooms. Plenty of kitchen accessories and nice area to take daily walks
