Beautiful villa with breathtaking views. Pools was refreshing after a long hot day of touring. More than enough roome doe a family os 6. Villa is a bit far away from restaurants and the.closest grocery market closes early so you have to be prepared. We hope to stay again

Fantastic getaway

We enjoyed a week in the beautiful house. Juan was fantastic in communication and help on questions etc we had, and even very helpful with tips for the area/cities (Thank you Juan!). The villa i nicely located and private, with a beautiful view all day/night and a nice big terrace area with views (fenced, which is good with small children) and a great pool. We would come back for sure.

Gas Barbecue didn’t work and No briquettes for brick barbecue. One downstairs bedroom didn’t have the second single bed as advertised. No soap provided... not enough toilet paper for 6 people. However, amazing views, great deck and pool, spacious! Close driving proximity to beaches and tourist events. Would stay there again.

Thanks for your feedback and leaving the place in great shape. Second single bed is upon request so as not to clutter the room. Barbecue briquettes are not included and are for guests to provide should they wish to use the BBQ. Gaz BQ is not advertised since we prefer not to have guests use gaz and is therefore stored out of the way and is empty. Apologies for the toilet paper, There is plenty in the house. Had you asked we would have told you where to look. As standard towels, bed linen and cleaning is included.

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist groß, sauber, gut eingerichtet und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf Nizza und das Meer.Juan, unser Gastgeber, war sehr proaktiv und hat uns viele gute Tips gegeben. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Magnifique

Franchement c'était incroyable! Tres bonne acceuil de sylvie des le 1er jours. La Maison est immense et super propre hyper bien équipée il y a tout dans la maison : tout est fonctionnel et très bien entretenu. Le charme de cette maison et la chance de pouvoir etre en famille mais aussi trouver des petits coin isolés. La proprete des chambres et des salles de bains et vraiment un plus pour les personnes pointilleuses pour le ménage. Juan est un propriétaire reactif et disponible part téléphone a tout moment et il est extrêmement gentil! (Il a prit soins de nous envoyé le piscine pour vérifier l'équilibre de l'eau de la piscine) Nos enfants ont passés un sejour inoubliable et la piscine est très securise et agreable a tout moment de la journee tres bien exposé et propre. Nous ne voulions plus sortir de la maison. Records des enfants de la piscine : 9h/21h dans l'eau 😅 La vue exceptionnelle le lever/coucher merite bien l'emplacement de cette villa a l'abri de tous regards ou bruits. Notre sejours a été parfait! Tout ce fait en voiture cependant il y a tout a 7 min en voiture uniquement. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité portail a badge et voiture garé a l'intérieur de la propriété. Chaques moments reste un souvenirs inoubliable et cette semaine passé chez vous restera dans nos souvenirs a nous et nos enfants! A bientot sur la cote d'Azur ca c'est certains !!!
