Recent Review: " I can’t say enough good stuff about this house and location. We stayed for 7 days and the house was super clean, great hosts and the location puts everything within walking distance and certainly within golf cart distance. We are a family of 6 and everyone had their own space. The bunk bed room was perfect for our three boys ages 3 to 9. The mother-in-law also had plenty of space of her own. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants where we spent most of our time. We would go back to the same house for sure. Also was a huge bonus to have a golf cart, pool and outdoor shower."
Urban Oasis is a privately owned 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse located at 314 64th Street, Holmes Beach, Florida. Block and a half from the quiet and sought after beach access point on 65th Street. 4 minute walk on a quiet residential street to walk to the beach. This 2100 Sq foot home features grey blue hues, coastal furniture, driftwood accents, themed rooms and designer accents.
This home has been fully renovated top to bottom and a brand new master en suite has been added in July 2018. This house is fully stocked with tons of extra linens, two baby beds, beach towels, two beach carts, a basketball hoop and lots of beach toys. It has one of the largest heated residential pools ( during winter) on the island ( shared with one family) featuring a large private dining space with teak dining room table with plenty of room for your party of 10. We have also added a 6 person golf cart that is brand new!
Sip your coffee from the dining room porch and watch the sun rise over the canal and in the evening you can stroll to the beach for the gorgeous sunset or view it from the Palm rooms private porch. Ugly Grouper and Beach Bistro restaurant is walking distance from the house and many other restaurants and bars are close by. If driving isn't your style, take advantage of the beach trolley that runs up and down the island and can be picked up a short walk from the house.
Make sure to remember - "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." - VRC19-000036
