Tranquil Oasis at Bonita Fairways on the 17th Hole Awaits You

This is a month by month rental property. Will rent this property for 2-3 weeks if you don't want to stay the entire month. This spacious 1300 square foot condo at Bonita Fairways in Bonita Springs. This condo is a 1st floor unit and sleeps up to six. Includes a large lanai that over looks the 17th hole.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bath with double sinks, stand up shower, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors to the lanai.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space and 42" TV. Full bath with shower and tub next to second bathroom

The living room is spacious and the couch is so comfortable. Lie back put your feet up. 50"TV. Cable and Internet included. The den has a pull out couch for extra guests.

Full eat in kitchen with all the luxuries of home. Comes with washer and dryer and a full dining room table for entertaining.

The lanai overlooks the 17th. A nice table to entertain or to enjoy the warm Florida night eating outside. The couch on the lanai is perfect for taking a cat nap.

This condo has a deeded spot, but my car occupies this spot. There is plenty of guest parking close to the condo entrance. There is also parking up front to unload luggage and groceries.

Amenities Included - 18 Hole Golf Course Pay as You Play, the complex has a newly renovated gym. The neighborhood has their own pool with club house and a community pool with club house for entire place. Bocce, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis and game room.

There is a background check that is to be completed prior to stay. This is though my property management. It is independent of VRBO. I have the form to fill out

This is located to close proximity to beaches, great restaurants, grocery shopping.

Jill's condo was just perfect-location, clean, homey, lovely pool, fitness center, and nice golf course. Jill was super responsive and extra accomodating. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Florida paradise

This condo was perfect …clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Terrific pool. Great dining in the area and many beaches to enjoy . Owner was wonderful, kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Dream vacation in Bonita Springs

We stayed in this apartment in July. The location is excellent. It has a very complete gym that we use a lot, tennis courts and golf. The condo has everything you might need to cook, enjoy the beach, or entertain yourself. And the host, Jill, was always very warm and cared about every need or question we might have. We look forward to returning at some point and we highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Best host I've had

Jill is a wonderful host--can't recommend highly enough. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I didn't need to worry about getting toiletries and supplies because she provided more than I could use. The unit pretty much has everything you could need + it's super clean and cozy. There are multiple pools you can use and the gym was great. Location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet, more rural beach vacation. I drove about an hour north to visit Sanibel Island/Captiva for shelling and ended up swimming with wild manatees and dolphins. Great area to appreciate the more natural, unpolished beauty of Florida.

I decided to purchase my Bonita property for my parents so they have a place in the winter to get out of the cold and this also allows me to visit them while they are down there. Why they chose this property

This property is an extension of me - I treat this property like my home because my family is there 4 months out of the year. I decorated it with an ocean feel and wanted this place to be as comfortable as my full time home to live in.

This property has everything - pool, gym, golf course. Close to all the shopping, restaurants. Easy drive to the beach. This is a gated community and the people are warm and friendly. Come relax at my place!

This property has 2 queen size bedrooms and a den that has a pull out couch sleeps 5 comfortably. It sits on the 17th hole of the Bonita Fairways golf course. The lanai is great for reading, napping, drinking coffee in the morning and entertaining.
