This beautiful light and bright townhouse is located in Cottonwood walking distance to coffee, stores, and restaurants. This quiet community has a hot tub and pool and lovely walking trails and benches. This home is in the heart of the Verde Valley, great for a couple or great for a family. It is close to the historic ghost town of Jerome, the mystic red rocks of Sedona, the Arizona wine country, casinos, and ancient Indian ruins of our area. This home is a great fit for all adventures!

Cottonwood Town House

This home is conveniently located to shopping and makes a great central location for access to all Verde Valley sites and attractions. The owner is gracious and accessible. We would gladly rent this home again.
