Everything was perfect! For our stay it was much better than the Best. I could make a list of all those things but truly, honestly it was much better than living at home in my own house. This was a fantastic place to stay in Cottonwood. If you are looking for something in the area that will also put you close to Sedona, look no further. Clean, spacious, well-stocked, well-lit and cheerful. Excellent communication with owners. Very attentive to our needs. Would absolutely stay there again! Definitely add this to your stay list! This place was perfect for my elderly mother-in-law and our aunt, who were in Cottonwood to attend a funeral. They had never stayed at a VRBO before and couldn’t have been more pleased with this home. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was very easy for them to navigate. Cute property, nice and clean. We couldn't ever get the shower to work, so had to make due with baths, but overall I'd give it pretty high marks.

The shower has a tag hanging up prominently that you have to pull down the end of the bathroom spout, our phone numbers are prominently posted should any guests have questions or concerns. We can’t solve a problem if we are not aware of it.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had things you wouldn’t bring with you such as soap, a new kitchen scrub pad (an important detail to me), pots, plates , etc. Very close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and the state park. The neighborhood was very quiet and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cottonwood.
