Charming penthouse in the heart of Rome, 2 steps from Piazza Navona, occupying the last 2 floors, the 4th and the 5th, of an old building of the 17th Century. This home away from home offers you a romantic and peaceful atmosphere thanks to 2 terraces overlooking the stunning Chiostro del Bramante and the Church of Our Lady of Peace.
Staying at Navona Luxury Penthouse is a unique way to experience Rome and its historical centre. The penthouse consist in a beautiful entrance decorated with antique mirrors and a "secretaire" of the 19th century. There is a master bedroom with a king bed with bathroom ensuite and a dressing area, with a small gym that consist in a Technogym treadmill, 2 yoga mats, 2 5kg weights and a kettlebell of 6 kg. At the same level there are other 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms.
On the second level you can find an open space with a kitchen/dining room and a living room surrounded by windows that face on the 2 stunning terraces of the property. The terraces are an oasis full of plants and flowers, with a barbecue, a table for 6 and 2 sofas. Chilling on the terraces for an aperitif and a dinner is a unique way to relax and enjoy of the beauty of this incredible city.

I am sorry about your comment. The rugs are 3 expensive Persian rugs, perfectly clean, no idea why you don’t like them. You saw the furniture in the pictures... and of course in the centre of Rome there is no parking, everyone knowns that, cars are not a good idea. All the best

Au calme et au cœur de la ville historique
Appartement très joliment décoré et très grand et originalement conçu en duplex avec des pièces de vie sur le toit au milieu des terrasses. Impression de vivre dehors au milieu des fleurs même dedans tellement les pièces sont vitrées. Un plaisir de s’y reposer après une longue journée de visite et de marche. Chacun a sa place pour rester au calme. La literie est bonne pour la nuit. Parfait pour repartir d’attaque le lendemain à pied vers d’autres lieux à visiter. Tout est accessible à pied en 20/30 min !

Great time in Rome
We loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was just as it appeared in the pictures. The location was amazing. We didn’t have to use public transportation, as all the important sites were within walking distance. There were four flights of steps to climb, but it was worth it to be on the top floor and enjoy the terraces. The only negative was the odor in one of the bathrooms. It smelled like sewer gas. It might have just been a temporary issue and there were three bathrooms , so we just used the other two. Overall we really enjoyed staying at Diana’s place and we would recommend it.

I always loved Rome, the one and only Eternal City. I love to get lost in Rome walking through its narrow streets and being amused by its hidden churches. My property is located in the most charming part of Rome, literally behind the Hotel Raphael, a 5 star Relais Chateau Hotel. From my terraces you can enjoy the same view of the Hotel Raphael.
Why they chose this property
I love Rome and I bought this property years ago when I fell in love with its special energy and the view. When you relax on a terrace you can enjoy a unique state of peace and serenity. You don't feel you live in the centre of an hectic city, you feel you live in the countryside. The location is unvaluable as you are 2 steps away from Piazza Navona, my favourite place in Rome, and the famous Chiostro del Bramante.

The view of Chiostro del Bramante, of the bell tower and the dome of the Church of Our Lady of Peace. The location near Piazza Navona, Piazza della Pace, Via de Coronari. The unique antique and romantic style of the house. The daily housekeeping service included in the rent.
