A few steps from the Place des Vosges, the Marais Studio is located right in the heart of the trendy Marais district, very close to the Metro, fashionable clothing stores, and convenient everyday shopping. You couldn't ask for a better location!
The Marais Studio is very comfortable, decorated with sophisticated, warm earth tones. It has been fully renovated in february 2024.
It is bright, facing south, well appointed and equipped, and very quiet. This is the best choice for a long term rental.
It is a 4th floor walk up.`
The comfortable sofa bed has a really thick mattress, queen size.
AC (mobile unit) and fan provided.
Minimum stay one month (bail mobilité).
Water included. Sheets and towels provided.
Intermediary cleaning included
2 hours of cleaning at the end of the stay included
Electricity not included (around 60 euros per month).

Why they chose this property

Le Marais is my favorite part of Paris. I've always loved hanging on in the charming streets of this area, and feel like if I was in a cute little village. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and cafés, trendy shops and art galleries, open markets, and above all, it's so close to every thing that you want to see or visit when you're in Paris. I believe location is the most important when you choose a vacation rental, and you won't be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

This apartment has a direct access to St Paul metro stop. All you might need is a few steps away. No lost space and lot of storage.
