Loved the location of the property for Downhill Mountain biking, place is dated but was clean, needed more paper towels, only one roll in the place, also no towels or soap in the upstairs bathroom was inconvenient. Overall was a cute place.

Cozy rustic feel. Plentiful usable items in the kitchen. We liked how there were many dishes available for use. The location is fantastic as ski slopes are close by. Well thought out amenities and clean unit. Recommend!

Big Bear Summer 23

Clean property in a lovely complex directly next to Snow Summit. Would absolutely stay here again. Dealing with the property manager(s) was seamless.

Nice property

Post is accurate. The place is nice, great location for those hitting the slopes. Parking is easy. We had a heater issue while there but it was very promptly addressed and fixed. Would stay here again.

It was great to be so close to Snow Summit as we have small kids and we could go back and forth. Everything was very clean. The only recommendation I can give is that the heating system is very loud and it makes it hard to sleep.

Minor hiccup

We had a nice time at snow summit. Property was well equipped with most everything we needed. Our only issue was that when we booked, we were under the impression that the pool was part of the deal. When we called and we’re told it was not, we referred them to their description and were given a key the next day.

Cozy, comfy family ski trip

This was perfect for four adults and two children, with the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. All amenities worked but the instructions to light the fire were backwards. Great little balcony, and we loved the convenient parking with ground-level access. The old people (me) couldn't figure out how to use the television, good thing we had grandkids there. Wish the pool had been open.
