Get the ultimate Aggieland experience in this perfectly located townhome in Summit Crossing, a serene sanctuary on the outskirts of town! Only 5 miles to Kyle Field, this conveniently-located home is close to everything you need for an extraordinary visit to Aggieland. You will instantly feel at home in this beautifully decorated townhome, which is just waiting for you to be the first guest!

Upon entry, you will feel the tension of the week roll away as you relax on the sofa sectional. The open floor plan features a brand new upscale kitchen with a quartz island. The dining area is also open to the living room and kitchen, so you will be able to catch the game on the 75 inch TV no matter where you sit! There is also a half-bath located just off the living room.

The master bedroom is just a stroll down the hall and has a king-sized bed, a 50 inch TV, and its own private bathroom. Newly remodel includes a beautiful walk-I’m shower. The laundry room, equipped with a washer, dryer, and iron, is also conveniently located downstairs. Upstairs you will find two more spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. One bedroom has a queen-sized mattress with a 43 inch TV, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with two trundle beds tucked away underneath. Both upstairs bathrooms have wonderful soaking tub and shower combinations with brand new sinks and countertops!

Downstairs, you will also find the covered, peaceful patio that backs up to a green belt and the serenity of untouched wilderness. There is also a community pool and on location. Just an overview…. this property features a king bed, queen bed, and two twin/trundle combination beds, so this unit sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. This makes it a great place to stay for sporting events, parents weekend, graduation, or just a visit to Bryan/College Station. This home perfectly accommodates your every need with the fully stocked kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

Perfect place to spend time with friends!

This home is a perfect place to spend the weekend in College Station! We are repeat visitors and loved it again. We love walking across the street for dinner, close proximity to campus and game, comfortable accommodations, a great table for games, and a cozy living room for spending time catching up with each other!

Less than 15 minutes to campus and 5 minutes to University Dr. Mary was so helpful and super responsive to all my inquiries. Was the perfect spot for our group of 8 to celebrate my son's graduation with all the comforts of home. Even had 2 spots in the garage to park. Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect VRBO Experience!

This was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Aggieland. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Mary was an excellent host. Communication was always prompt and clear. Everything we needed was available and easily accessible in the house. We loved all of the A&M decor and the scripture references throughout the house. Perfect for Texas A&M Family Weekend

Our family had a wonderful weekend in College Station celebrating our younger son's Aggie Ring Day and events like the Aggie baseball game during Family Weekend. This townhouse was such a comfortable, convenient and welcoming place to stay. It was immaculately clean and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Perfect Aggie graduation stay!

Our family stayed at this beautiful location for my daughter's graduation and loved every minute. We all slept soundly in the comfortable and exceptionally clean bedrooms and each had our own bathrooms to make getting ready fast and convenient. Even though the weather was cool, the partially enclosed back porch was a private space to be outside to relax in privacy. There was also plenty of dishes and glassware to accommodate our meals. We would enthusiastically recommend this location for an enjoyable stay near Texas A&M.

I am Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ‘93 with 3 Aggie kids class of ‘21, ‘21 & ‘23! I love Aggie sports and I work with former students everyday. I love being able to give fellow Aggies a chance to enjoy and reconnect to Aggieland!

This is my full time home that I make available. This will be my seventh fall season to host. I also open some dates for graduation and ring days. I travel a lot so my daughter helps manage the rentals. And if it’s football season, we will be at the game!

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is 10 min from Kyle Field. Far enough away from student housing to avoid crowds and traffic, but 5 min to shopping, restaurants, and all things A&M! It is a quiet neighborhood of townhomes with many Aggie families.

What makes this property unique

Major remodel, brand new kitchen, dining, living room, master bed and bath including floors and cabinets and furniture! Updated upstairs with new carpet and bathroom countertops.
