Come and enjoy our newly remodeled one bedroom apartment. It is located in the historic Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa. Features include full kitchen, laundry and dryer, WiFi, Cable, and property is gated. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a coded entry to gate and front door. A nice, clean, and quiet stay 2 miles from downtown Tampa

This property is excellent when you consider the price, cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to downtown Tampa. I was traveling for work and stayed at Inn The Heights for 6 days. Worth every penny! Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, fast WIFI, a modern washer / dryer unit, and the property was quiet and safe. This is an older neighborhood but it’s old school Tampa. The property manager was easy to contact and answered any questions I had. The arrival email I received wasn’t completely accurate but the property manager’s card is inside the hallway if you need help. I will stay here again and would recommend especially if you’re traveling on your own dime and looking for a nice place. Definitely better than many hotels I’ve stayed in.

Inn The Heights

Apartment was bigger even than the add showed. Location was ideal to just about everything and everywhere you could want to see and do. Owner was very responsive to the couple small issues that popped up, and resolved them within minutes. Relaxing on the patio with a hand-rolled cigar bought in Ybor shops was a perfect wind-down after work. 100% would reserve again!

Very cute and fitting for one

I adored apt #7. Very clean and well decorated. Has everything you could need, although I had to purchase extra washcloths. There were only two. And unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! But, I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and centrally located

The property was just as pictured. It was convenient for dinning, shopping and getting around. We were there during the Super Bowl and we were still able to get around nicely. I would definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

My father bought this and the surrounding properties in the early 1980's. The front of the building has served as his real estate office since then. The apartments are located behind the office and have all been completely remodeled and all are full time vacation rentals. The area at the time was very blighted and has since become a very desirable area to live.
