Welcome to our home It's a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 4, private pool, outdoor covered patio This 1653 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (grapefruit, & tangelo oranges, private pool and a covered patio space great for grilling..

The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and King size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door. Plus a Smart TV.

The living room has a big sectional for plenty of seating, a 60" Smart TV equipped to log into Hulu, Amazon, Netflix etc.. and cable TV the house is equipped with WIFI.

The dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. You're are also about 20 minutes from the Glendale Arena - home of the Phoenix Coyotes and the nearby University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

We do have a heated pool, but we DO NOT heat during the months of Nov-April. If you would like it heated during that time there is an extra fee.

This property is located in the perfect location, close to shopping and great places to eat. The house was clean and had all the appliances, cooking ware, dishes, etc. that was needed for our stay. The outdoor patio and pool area was amazing! Communication with the host was great as well. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great Rental in Peoria AZ

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the yard and pool; unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I currently live in WA State but try to get to AZ as much as possible. We have visited this area often, as we have family here. We love the AZ weather. We are also a retired military family.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house because of the location. We are big Mariners and Seahawks fans. We love all the outdoor activities, hiking, boating, Lake Pleasant is very close for all the lake activities, spring training & the weather!

What makes this property unique

We also wanted a home with a pool, golf course and a gym. We didn't want anything too big as this will one day be our full time home.
