Rental available in highly desirable Trilogy at Vistancia, a 55+ community offering many amenities including golf course, pools, fitness centers, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball and much more. Nearby is shopping, restaurants, Paloma Park and Four Corners.

This home is in an excellent location close to the Kiva Club. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, fully furnished Arizona style, with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen has premium slab granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top with custom tile backsplash. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, dual sinks and plantation shutters.
Wireless internet included but no cable tv service.

The very private backyard has a covered patio, gas fire pit, gorgeous views and beautiful landscaping overlooking a wash. The sunsets and serenity are amazing!

This is a 55+ community. Proof of age will be required. All utilities included with a $200.00/month cap. New furnishing throughout. 30 day minimum rental period. Rental for 1 couple/single person only with occasional over night guests.
Renter will be required to sign a lease agreement acknowledging receipt of HOA Rules and CC&Rs

Loved Everything About this Southwest Rental!

Our recent 1-month stay (December 2024) at this property was fantastic. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was so well managed.Communication with the owner, Mark, was exceptional. He was friendly, responsive, and helpful, making us feel valued and well taken care of.The location of this 55 adult community is stunningly beautiful, with 5-star amenities. Residents and guests get stuck in with two impressive clubhouses, featuring state-of-the-art athletic clubs, an indoor lap pool, outdoor resort pools, tennis & pickleball courts, an 18-hole golf course, health spa and restaurants. The "Discovery Trail" is the community's linear park, connecting the entire community.The rental house itself is located on a quiet road within walking distance of the main KIVA clubhouse. The home has a Southwestern feel and is extremely well appointed; very comfortable interior/exterior furnishings. The attention to detail, and the thoughtful gestures and amenities provided, made us feel welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay.
