Our Slice of Heaven with view & pond in North Pickens near Table Rock State Park

Our slice of heaven is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains only 8 mins from Table Rock State Park. Our guest house is sitting on 55 wooded acres with a 4 acre pond and amazing awe inspiring panoramic views of Pinnacle and Table Rock Mountain.
Wrap yourself in the serenity of nature, with nothing more to wake you in the morning than the pleasant sounds of song birds beckoning you to delight in the new day.

The space
Feast your eyes and ears while you enjoy your morning tea or coffee listening to nothing but wildlife. Then off to one of the 3 nearby diners, just five minutes away, Pumpkintown diner where all the locals enjoy breakfast or you can enjoy breakfast our country gas station; Holly Springs, or at the quaint country clubhouse (The Rock of Jocassee)

Take a day trip to Asheville, NC to visit the Biltmore Mansion or walk about the artsy downtown is only a lovely scenic 1.5 hour drive away. While other captivating NC towns like Cashiers, Sapphire, and Brevard are also just about an hours drive through alluring curvy mountain roadways.

You can also visit one of the nations fastest growing and most appealing new cities, with our gem Greenville being just a 45 minute drive.

Or take an afternoon lunch and wine tasting at our own little Napa ~ "Victoria Vineyards" just a 15-20 minute drive up Hwy 11.

We are close to 2 major airports within an hour, Asheville and Greenville Spartanburg, with Charlotte Airport being a bit further at a 2.5 hour drive.

All the shopping you could ever want or need and restaurants galore await you just 25-30 minutes away at the closest larger town being Easley. While Pickens Downtown, with grocery stores like Ingles, BiLo and Wal-Mart are just a 15 minute drive.

Cozy cabin nestled in the woods! Great place to land, especially if you are interested in Table Rock State Park! Only 3 miles away from cabin.First day we were to hike, it rained heavily all day. We enjoyed the museum in Pickens and delicious lunch at Farmer house deli! Cabin was easy to spend time.We fixed dinners there, kitchen is well equipped. Host was VERY responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing

Although our plans for exploring mountains and trails fell through due to the fires, we enjoyed our time at the cabin. Loved sitting outside at night watching the fireflies blend in with the stars. Perfect secluded place.

Heaven On Earth!

Such an amazing home and some amazing hosts! We spent our wedding anniversary here, when we walked in they had a wonderful note for us and a bottle of champagne. Did I say they were amazing hosts?? The only negative experience was leaving, we didn’t want to…lol. We are definitely coming back!

Quiet and relaxing

The rental was better than expected. It is much bigger than it appears. Even with 2 teenagers, there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed fishhing in the pond and the fire pit. The views are amazing also. The host was always available to answer questions and make sure everything was good.

Cozy Getaway with Breathtaking View

Everything was as described here for the property and we loved every second of our stay. Samantha was incredibly hospitable and responsive, really going above and beyond. The property itself is amazing and, while it was too cold to enjoy the perks of the pond, we definitely enjoyed the fire pit under a wonderful view of the stars. Everything was clean and all expectations of the property were met if not exceeded. Only minutes from Table Rock State Park and we were able to spend a whole day there with our two young children (4 & 6) without them getting bored. An all-around enjoyable experience and we can't wait to go back!

Great place and even better hosts!

This was such a great stay! Even without power due to recent bad weather, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything! Power was back on within 24 hours of our arrival and the hosts were great help throughout it all! This is definitely a great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!
