Pacific Dreams Beach House- Beach front! Gorgeous views! Meticulously sanitized!

Spacious house right on the beach! Back yard with maintained trail opens right onto the beach and living areas with gorgeous views of the ocean waves.
Cleaning service taking extra special care to sanitize after cleaning has already been done. Private road and rural quite peaceful neighborhood.
Large driveway for parking and small private wooded area in large front yard. Private maintained trail in backyard through grassy dunes right onto miles of beautiful beach. Enjoy the sunset and sunrise right from the couch, dinning room table, deck chair, or cozy-ed up in the master bedroom bed. Or enjoy it from right on the beach while clamming or beach combing or just relaxing in the sand or surf with the provided boogie boards.
On the second floor providing amazing views of the ocean are the main living and full kitchen (fully stocked), master bedroom with king sized bed with a view of the ocean and private bathroom with shower, 2 other bedrooms with queen sized beds, main bathroom with shower, laundry room and deck (with grill and patio furniture right out the sliding glass door from the dinning room). First floor has main entryway, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and full bath with large jetted tub. Garages are locked off for owner storage.
The Pellet stove needs servicing and we recommend not using it at this time. Chimney cleaners don’t like our roof.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house! The home is spacious and perfect for families or groups, with 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 clean, well-appointed bathrooms. The views are absolutely stunning — you can see and hear the ocean from several rooms. There are quite a few stairs, but they lead to breathtaking vantage points and a lovely deck area. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. We’d definitely love to come back!”

The house was perfect for our time away with friends. Having so many rooms and bathrooms was perfect, because we could spread out. The huge living room with the windows overlooking the beach made for a wonderful space to spend time inside and visit. The home could have been a little cleaner and areas do need some fixing and updating. The beach decor in each room made the home feel cozy, though, and we appreciated how close we were to the beach.

Incredible views...

Had the entire family, all adults, but a really good experience. Gwen (and her husband) the property manager was awesome. The house is nice and large worked for us very well. Would highly recommend and would repeat the experience.

Great Family Time

Breathtaking Ocean View

Ideal location with an outstanding view. One could sit and watch the ocean for hours or take a short walk from the back of the house right to the beach! There are a few items that need addressing, but this having been our third stay, I’m hoping it won’t be our last!

Girls weekend at the beach!

We love this house. Five great friends meet at this house each year to catch up, laugh, eat good food, and rejuvenate! Five bedrooms allowed us to each have our own space. The beds are comfortable and lots of couches for lounging around watching the waves, and a couple deer and eagles frolicking. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and counter space! We were treated to a storm at the beach with hail, rain, and two rainbows. Can't wait til next year!

Beautiful

The house was very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was fully loaded and there were games to play after the sun went down. It was an easy walk to the beach and the view from the house was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Weekend Celebrating 80 Years

We couldn't have had better weather...but even if it hmwas stormy or rainy, we would have been happy to stay indoors. This house is gorgeous! We made gourmet seafood meals in the immaculate kitchen, we watched sports events on TV, we walked the beach and took a short day trip to Westport. The only downside is we didn't want to leave! Wonderful place to celebrate our Father's 80th birthday and unwind. Thank you!

Not clean

Well, the location was great. Access to the beach was easy. It was razor clam season, and we were right where the getting was good. The house is huge, and the view was incredible.That's about where the good stops. The house was filthy. There was some kind of unidentifiable sticky mess all over the kitchen countertops. I had to rewash the dishes because of the food residue on them. The view was obscured by the thick layer of handprints on every window (and mirror).There was hair mated to the baseboards in every bathroom. There were cobwebs everywhere. There was piles of hair underneath every piece of furniture. Most of the window screens are destroyed, letting in insects at night.We had to stop looking for the filth or we couldn't have stayed.I specifically chose this listing because of how they advertised that it would be clean.Very disappointed.

Even better than the pictures

The view from the large windows is simply unsurpassed. Waves as far as the eye can see up and down the beach and the sea out to the horizon. It can't get any better than this. There is a path to the beach from the back yard that I was able to walk despite my 80 yo arthritic knees, and the sand is great for walking, hard packed so not too difficult. The interior of the house has so many nice touches, from Godiva chocolates on the pillows to a facial wrap in the bathroom, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. that let you know the absent owner was taking care of her guests. A basket in the kitchen even had several kinds of popcorn, ciders, cocoas, teas and multiple coffee makers. We enjoyed the beach art on the walls that was classy not kitschy, when we could tear our eyes from the sea and a giant tv with reclining seating was a focal point when the day ended. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, but we did rebook for next year while we were there and that says it all.

We had 10 family members (adults) and 2 dogs, the house provided plenty of space for all. Everyone agreed it was a perfect place. We beach walked the beach, boogie boarded, went into Westport for lunches, and watched the ocean activity which included an amazing sunset.We hope to have another family gathering there.
