This spacious bright villa (105 m²) facing south offers a comfortable life to offer you a successful holiday. Quietly located, with no traffic but close to shops, lake, beaches, forest, bike paths, entertainment, and all on foot!
3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom DRC, bathroom / WC, 2 bedrooms upstairs + Mezzanine with bathroom / WC offer a comfortable home for 6 (see 8) people.
Complete household equipment and WIFI (free).
Outdoor barbecue, terrace with table.
An awning at the back of the house to house the bikes.
Children can play in the garden safely.
Note: your vehicle is electric or hybrid, charging can be done on terminals in the village of Vieux Boucau (or in the commercial center of Soustons).
