HOUSE OF MOLD
Let me start with trying to even get in the gate, the code didn't work & after calling management and trying several other codes with her on the phone we still couldn't get in, she finally told me to sneak in with another guest and she would take care of it the next day. When we found arrived at our unit we were shocked to see it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the unit was a townhouse...this was NOT in the description of the unit or on any pictures or paperwork for this rental. We wouldn't have rented this condo as my 83 year old father uses a walker & has COPD, as we looked around the condo we saw MOLD on every AC vent in the condo, all around the windows & front door, also dead bugs on the window sill in the dining room, the front porch was covered in mud, the hand railing to the upstairs bedrooms were coming out of the wall...both sofas were ripped, oven door didn't shut..this unit was clearly a health hazard ,while reporting this to the manager as we looked around she instructed us to leave if we felt it was unsafe , but NEVER offered another unit!! She advised us to call back on Monday to discuss a refund and of course we got the run-around from her & her staff never getting an answer, We DID NOT stay in this MOLD filled condo and had to dispute the charges with credit card company . We did receive a refund!!
